El hotel tenía un gran ambiente rústico y era precioso con todos los árboles y plantas alrededor. Además, el bufete estaba muy bueno.

Que tuviesen un edredón y no varias mantas porque pasamos frío y calor y no podíamos ni quitarnos el edredón ni quitarnos capas de mantas

Slightly out of the way but K chose that because I wanted pool access. It’s all about priorities 😁

Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. They work so hard. Rooms and hotel generally was very clean and looked after. Air con worked well and we really enjoyed having tea / coffee making facilities in the room and free bottles of water everyday. Pool was great but a little cold - kids loved it. There was a good selection at breakfast and great that we could sit outside. Also loved that we could order drinks to have around the pool. Nice and quiet despite being close to a main road and there was a lovely bar / restaurant across the road and Lidl supermarket. Took us about 20mins to walk to Arena, train station and main attraction / centre of Nimes. Great location. Loved our 2 night stop over stay here whilst interrailing with 2 children (aged 10 & 13 yrs).

The mosquitos around the pool - got bitten loads. Take bug spray - we forgot!!

The breakfast was not good, the staff not friendly and refused to cook fried eggs when we asked for it although we said that we would pay extra. The room was way too small, the parking far from the entrance of the hotel. It was not worth the money at all. Please avoid this hotel at any cost!

The lighting in the bedroom was not bright enough to read by. There was also no lounge in the hotel where you could sit and relax.

Fine old building with some nice antiques. Very pleasant garden.

Room 10 and it’s balcony just 20 yards from main access road to Nimes, traffic noise. Other rooms may be ok. Poor security for parking, couldn’t see any cameras and poorly lit. I asked to move my motorcycle into the garden area.

The hallway carpets are stained and worn. They are an embarrassment.

Visited the hotel during off season (only a few guests) and still got a high quality breakfast

One of the room had poor ventilation, it helped to open a window!

The air conditioning was not working

Traveling with a car and parking was included.

Hiotel was a little tired. Not quite as cute and vibrant as the photos. I was disappointed.

Building, first impression at night, good!

Interior design, general inventory and furnishings of the rooms appear dingy and extremely worn, still reminiscent of the 90s. Repairs don't seem to be a priority, water damage to walls and ceilings. Doors and windows, partly before exitus. Broken bulbs and lamps. . Breakfast still acceptable, no accommodation for more than one night!
