Close to family
Noise from main road.
No shelf near sink in bathroom or stool or chair to put clothes on
No bedside cabinets

Easy to find , welcoming staff , clean room and a great breakfast
No mirror in the room , shash windows that rattled badly , had to wedge with a teabag at 1am 🙄

Rooms have just been done up, so everything is brand new and looking good. And plenty of parking. Nice outdoor courtyard area
Don’t do food In evening, but they do let you get a takeaway and eat it in the bar area. The location is too far away from the town to walk. The rooms have been done up but could do with a blackout blind, mirror in bedroom, bedside table and Bin in bathroom.

The accommodation part of the pub has been recently renovated and it was very nice and very comfortable.
The pub downstairs needs a bit of renovation too, though it seems like that is already in motion so I look forward to when that is complete.

Location, atmosphere, good value for money.

The pub offered a fantastic selection of beers which were all very reasonably priced (as well as the Prosecco!). The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful from the moment we arrived. The room had everything needed, smart tv easy to use, it was immaculately clean, quiet and aesthetically it was really modern/fresh looking. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the pub garden had sun all afternoon with lots of places to sit and offered a shelter if you wanted to be out of the sun. We had a full English for breakfast served by two lovely ladies which was delicious and all great quality. This was included in the cost of the stay which I think is amazing and really makes you feel you are appreciated as customers.
Absolutely nothing!

Bedroom was clean
Bedroom was very basic, no bedside tables, kettle difficult to use, small lead, no mirror in bedroom, very small hanging
space. No space to put anything in shower, small washbasin and no shelf above it.
Breakfast adequate but requests not understood.

Friendly staff.Good breakfast.
Some noisy pool players in the bar. A fair distance walk from the town centre on a wet night. Luckily there was an Indian restaurant across the road

Good value. Stayed overnight after Lost Supper at Heligan. Bit basic but suited the purpose.

the room had everything I need and it was comfortable and clean. bit weird that a shower was included in the room but the separate bathroom was nice. the staff were helpful and attentive. I guess the location is little bit away from the centre of town

The breakfast was very good. Choice of cereal or full English which was cooked well.
Sharing the bathroom. The slats on the blind were broken, didn’t close shut.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.
The standard of cleanliness of the room could be better. The bathroom has zero ventilation so has mould and no air circulation (we found ourselves popping out to get hand wash and air freshener 🤣).
We ended up just using it as a base to visit the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan (both within ~15-20 min drive).

It was okay, clean, en-suite shower, but with a shared bathroom/toilet.
There is a pub, with biliard opportunity (didn't tried)
There are two lovely cats, one with thumbs :)
The bed was terrible, the springs were on my back.
Everything felt damp, as if the towels had never dried.
There is no kitchen, but it is an indian cuisine in the neighbour which was good. But not a busy town center which I expected.

Comfortable, roomy, good beer. The pub is nicely places within easy reach of all of the local attractions.
Friendly staff.
Needs a new shower head.

Nice big bed, nice bathroom. 20 minutes walk from Charlestown....short, 20 minutes drive to Eden project.
Breakfast wasn't included and it was almost £95 per night. Said home cooked food on door and there wasn't any. If you wanted breakfast, it was £6.95 and had to be ordered the night before. Located out of town and town was not nice really.

Great place for a great price. We had a huge room.
Breakfast was fab also for less that £7 !!!
If I had to say something just that there wasn't much around it but used as a base to explore Cornwall so stayed out all day then back there for few pints at night. We will definitely return

Staff are friendly, The location was excellent, the towels, and bedding was spotless and a confortable bed.
Breakfast not included, The shower seemed a little weird being in the bedroom, hard to find a parking space, didnt refill my tea bags and milk

It was very clean. The cleaner was very friendly. The bar staff were a bit friendly
Didn’t have tv first day. Place is clean but very dated. Definitely needs modernisation. They also had a restaurant on web page. But didn’t do food. Only did breakfast but you had to eat in bar. Wouldn’t stay

Comfortable and cosy bed , hair dryer supplied and plenty of wardrobe space and drawers . Fantastic bath and nice n clean would come again as the price is very good and breakfast was good to .
Could be a little bit more quiet in the evening and the language was a bit extreme from some locals .

location was good locals were a friendly bunch
garden was very nice

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a decent size and although the property over looked a main road traffic noise was minimal and the room temperature was nice cool. The breakfast was nice.
The fact that if you use Google maps for directions you will be take to a private dwelling, it was only because i used logic and common sence i was able to locate the property. I also found the bed was a hard for me personally but i know its not possible to cater to everyone. And i would recommend moving the bed around as everytime I opened the room door a bed was restricting how far it would open which dindnt help when getting luggage in and out of the room.
