We loved our stay. The staff went out of their way for us

Very surprised when we got to location; very disappointed with location BUT when we got into hotel were pleasantly surprised by how calm it was and how we could detract from the location …..

Location; so disappointed that t wasn’t explained that we were in an industrial sitution ….

Free parking. Clean and comfortable. Restaurant very good. Everyone helpful and nice. Good value for money too.

It's in a strange spot in the middle of an industrial estate. Though not cycling ourselves id imagine it's very convenient if following the canal or river paths.

Sadly we were too early in the year to use the excellent looking pool.

The room had been recently redecorated and was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

Too near main road

Easy parking. Friendly approach from staff. Restaurant with local menu. I did not have a breakfast, but I believe it was standard coffee + croissant. Top notch gadgets in bathroom (blue light). Fast and stable wifi.

The hotel is situated outside the town on a fairly big road - But the garden, restaurant and the rooms are all on the backside and are very quiet. Castelnaudary about 3 km. away is lovely. The family that runs the Hotel is very friendly. We arrived to early and the Hotel was closed, but they kindly let us in and we got our rooms and was able to get cold drinks in the garden. Good mattresses. Good breakfast. Nice restaurant.

Pool was closed for 2020 because of Corona. The informationletter we got on mail before arrival was only in French. The rooms/baths were okay, but could do with an update.

Nice hotel, been renewed since I last stayed here. Parking at the hotel, supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. For visiting centre of the city (to see Canal du Midi etc) it is a bit far, however it is no problem to go by car there. Rooms are quiet, comfortable enough, with stable wifi and air conditioning. Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurant offers local menu, very tasty food as one would expect France. During coronavirus period the staff has to wear masks, guests do not.
