The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind. The price versus quality is astonishing good. Although, the breakfast buffet looks small at first sigh, in reality one gets everything is needed to stat the day in a delicious way, croissants, various rolls, jam, cheese, ham and so on. Continuously refilled at any time!

bathroom needs renovation - windows in the room also - noisy from the road , at the reception not all staff is friendly, some seem to be stressed....

Breakfast was good
Restaurant was closed for the whole stay. Requested another pillow however never received it as thee room were so thin and small. The air in the room was hard to adjust it was either too cold or too hot when you turn the radiator on. Wifi did not work/have signal on the third floor the three days I stayed there

I was there a couple of times before the pandemic. Breakfast was better. The buffet was small but with traditional cheese and delicious handmade jam.

I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so I didn’t meet any staff. I booked this hotel as an emergency solution because of a Lufthansa cancellation, so I had to sleep somewhere outside of the Munich airport. Old facilities, basic room, no comforts here.

Nice and quiet area. Great value for money. Good connectivity by bus und S-Bahn, but count with at least 30-40 Minutes to get to the Munich center.
No negatives during my 3 day stay.

Nice and clean room, big enough for short stay. Quiet region to relax. Internet connection is ok. Breakfast is also ok, nothing special. There is a parking for travelers with the car. Also close enough have a grocery and restaurant. S-Ban and bus station is on 10 min walk and hotel can be used to do work in Munich in case of busy moments in the city (when there is no hotel options in Munich at all like in my case).
Insufficient quantity of bathroom supplies, specific the soap/shower gel.....
Still using old keys and if you need to take the key with you without backpack is not comfortable.
