From start to finish the entire staff provided a level of service that was EXCELLENT! They were available, friendly, going above & beyond to ensure that we had a great experience! Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a fun place to visit for drinks and views of the city!

The Hotel Ohla is located in the best part of Barcelona and is superb. The staff were exceptional the most helpful and pleasant that we had encountered on our European trip.

the location was perfect, room was spacious, really well designed and clean. staff on the concierge desk were brilliant and booked us in at Mr Porters restaurant, which I would highly recommend! breakfast was excellent too

The hotel is in a great location in central Barcelona close to the cathedral. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are very good, especially the rooftop terrace.

The room was quite noisy with the sound of the metro shaking every few minutes and roadworks outside.

Staff was amazing Specifically got tremendous help from Sabrina at the reception who had great ideas for hanging out and such a positive attitude. She was only looking for ways to make our stay better. Breakfast was also good

Wow what a wonderful hotel! The check in process was so lovely! We were offered and drink and also some chocolates. We then got a room upgrade and our room was amazing... The staff were so helpful and friendly and had great suggestions for dinner. The rooftop is spectacular and definitely worth a visit. We would stay here again for sure and can't wait to come back!

Hotel staff were really excellent, friendly , efficient and really helpful. Location is very good and Barcelona is a fantastic destination. Breakfast and food in Hotel were superb and Rooftop area is beautiful. Concierge gave us some great recommendations.

The hotel is placed in a good central place, just between the main touristic sights and the beach. We didn't have to use public transport or taxi at all.

The hotel didn't meet our expectations. Bed linen was with strains of something red when we arrived and smelled nothing (we would expect no smells but the hotel manager asked us a few days in advance to choose a special smell for it from their list). Also, pictures of the hotel are made perfectly - watching pictures you expect a much bigger room and a really big infinity pool on the roof. But in reality, the sizes of both really disappointed me. Stuff was very friendly only when we arrived. When my husband came to ask about moving to another room the very same day, the new people at the reception were kinda arrogant. Stuff in the rooftop bar just ignored us or forget to serve what they promised. We had to wait, although we were alone upstair or followed them if we wanted to get something. Also, we had problems with the shower and the toilet - both were partly broken. That's definitely not what you expect from 5 stars hotel. I've had much better experiences in 4 stars hotels and I shared Ohla with all my friends after all telling them NOT to come there. It wasn't worth the money 100%.

Great location, near everything to see: Gothic quarter,El Born, Las Ramblas, Picasso museum. Easy access to city transportation for Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, Joan Miro Foundation museum. Fantastic restaurant and rooftop bar - great breakfast options, fantastic dinners, and drinks/wine! The staff and Experience Desk were beyond excellent in everything - transportation, tickets, restaurant recommendations, daily banter.

The bed was too hard for what we are used to, but we adjusted. There is street noise despite good soundproofing - ear plugs helped.

The breakfast is very poor and same every day.
