i like its location.its very strategic and everything my needs like tourist attraction site like filipino market, kk wetmarket ,fast foods outlets mac d pizza hut , laundry shop , and even shopping malls are at walking distance. and jesselton jetty point before going to sapi island, manukan and others only 5 minutes drive.
