Food was good in the restaurant. Good provision for children and a good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa was great.

Our room was a little outdated. Clearly some of the hotel has been renovated to a high standard but some rooms are still very 80's.

The stuff was very friendly, the family rooms were spacious and the meals were great! Would highly recommend!

You can not order drinks to the pool , it would have been nice to have..

- Big diference is comfort/style in new part of the hotel vs old part. Check in advance! - If family member is in the new (castle) part of the hotel, they have a long distance to take with their bath robes to get into sauna. Pretty complicated logistically. - Even though I mentioned that we would come with a dog, our cleaning lady didn't want to clean our room when the dog was there. I find it unprofessional, as someone else then (who is not afraid of dogs) should be cleaning our room. We had to adjust our logistics with the dog to make sure she can enter the room. Very annoying! - To us personnel was not properly trained, as some of them were nice and easy going to us and some very official or not that friendly. Our receptionist was very unorganised and had issues with finding out who booked what, even though I sent an email with all the details in advance. We also had a table, where waiter was behind our backs doing some chores, which was annoying.

all round perfect hotel, good location, clean, impeccable food and A1 facilities! Back next year 💯

The location is spot on. i've been to Mayrhofen five times and this is where you need to be for all the ski connections.

The evening meals were average at best. Breakfast was good with a good choice but if you want coffee allow extra time. Always a Queue!

Breakfast and dinner was great and tasty. The pool and spa were excellent , location is great close to ski bus

no internet connection in room at the 3rd floor , bed linen was not repleaced during the all week of stay although asked for

Great stay in August, big plus for playground in the dining room. Good location, super massages, nice personnel. Nice outdoor playground for the kids and generally plenty of activities for the kids in the area.

Kids buffet could be better - almost the same food (pasta) every day
