Location

The hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms smell smoky, staff aren’t friendly, and it’s quite run down.

Location is perfect, room spacious, bed very comfy, breakfast ok

The location of the hotel is great, not too busy, and not too far away from the tourist attractions. The rooms are ok, I personally would've added a little more outlets, but I have more devices than an average person, everything else in the room was great.

Here's the fun stuff. The room was not cleaned on the first day of our stay, only on the second day. When the room was actually cleaned, they just skipped parts... In one room the sink, in another - the table, and so on. We had two people stay in one room, but they gave us just one towel, for two of the rooms with two people (we were five, so they couldn't assume that a person was staying in another room). We also tried to wash our clothes in the hotel, and although we asked on the reception of that service was available, *a couple of times*, no one picked our clothes up, so we were forced to reuse dirty clothes, or buy new ones. Breakfast. That's deserves a book, but I'll try to leave out the little bad details and focus on the big ones here. When we came in the first day the place was crowded to the brim, but instead of closing the restaurant, they decided to go for the most "logical" thing, forcing a couple of guests to sit together, so we were forced to sit with complete strangers for the entire breakfast like in an army, and not a hotel... The food choice was terrible, there were no eggs, no cornflakes, no meat... And the food that was available, was not fresh, sometimes to a point of spoiled. One of my family members even got sick, which obviously ruined the fun of the trip. There were no mugs during breakfast, only reusable cups that let all the heat through to a point where you couldn't hold the cup of tea. When I tried explaining the problem to a stuff member and asking for a cup, he just brushed me off. Which brings me to another problem, most of the stuff there doesn't know nor English, nor Russian. When I explained the aforementioned problem, only the third stuff member actually understood what I wanted from him. To summarize - don't even think about staying here, worst hotel I've stayed in in Georgia, and the most expensive one too.

Excellent location, and the building itself is very beautiful with its victorian style. I also liked jazz in the morning at Tbilisi restaurant.

Breakfast is poor in choices and they do mot replenish the servings often.
