Overall a great experience. The host communication was excellent and fast. All hiccups were corrected immediately and none were related to the host. . Location and amenities were beyond expectations.

A “Guys Weekend” for myself, my son and five of our grandchildren ages 2-11. Plenty of activities and very nice accommodations.

Everything about the condo was perfect- the location, the amenities, the owners!
First, the owners are very responsive and extremely accommodating! We had an issue with the wifi (which was not actually the owner's fault) and they were quick to assist us in trying to fix that. They also allowed us to add our pet last minute. They were very responsive to emails and texts!
The condo is fully stocked with anything you would need. Beds are very comfortable. They have enough seating for everyone in our group. They even have some stuff for kids to do. The set-up was great for our 2 family group.
The resort had a lot of things for everyone to do...although some of that amenities could use some updating. I think they recently had a management change and I am sure that with more time, the issues there will fix themselves. It was nothing the really impacted our stay but some things that they were working on when we were there (a leak in the pool but we were still able to swim, the heater in the hot tub was out, they never turned on the fire pit, the paddle boats were not great- stearing is out on one and the other took on water, etc). These were not issues that the owner of this condo could really fix, nor did they make our trip poor.
Overall, we loved this property and would stay there in the future if we are in the area again!

The address we were given took us down Jameson street past Jose’s Mexican restaurant and we needed to turn before the restaurant. We found it pretty easily but when we ordered food they had the same problem. It maybe that the road isn’t listed. But otherwise the stay was PERFECT!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice, and better than I expected. The view was fantastic! The beach area shown in the pictures was slightly disappointing. I thought it would be sand, but it was rocks with lots of weeds and animal poop. The paddle boats were in pretty rough condition, but we still had a great time on them. Location was great. Not far from restaurants, hiking trails, down town and water park.

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was at the very tip of an end of Lake Hamilton, but a lovely balcony to see the water. The managers of the complex were very friendly and helpful. It wasn't quite pool weather, but we sat by the clean pool and dipped our legs in for a relaxing afternoon with friendly neighbors. We had a quiet and relaxing stay!

Condo was perfect for families. Sadly, weather was cold so didn’t get to enjoy outdoor activities. Regardless, we had a great weekend. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay over our weekend. Unfortunately we did not partake in all of the amenities offered at the resort since it was a short weekend. Being handicapped, it could have been a little more handicap friendly. But I will rate it high and recommend it it! If it’s available next year, we plan on returning!

We had a wonderful trip to Hot Springs, and very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! Christa was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. The property is exactly as listed, all appliances worked great, spacious living area and bedrooms. The pool and game room were big hits with my kids. Their favorite part was the basketball court, sand volleyball, mini golf, canoes, paddleboards, and tetherball on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Amenities
We had a good time. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and all the other extras that came with this unit. However, it does need to be cleaned. The primary bathtub was filthy and clogged up so it was slow to drain. My husband worked 30 minutes to get it unclogged. Both shower curtains had mold on them. There was some other small things but mainly the bathrooms need a deep clean.

Family/friend trip
The condo is very spacious. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We loved watching Netflix movies on living room TV. Bedroom TV didn't have movies. Plenty of towels& accessories for all of us. The balcony was great& perfect for my dog since it's enclosed& overlooks pool area. Tons of amenities to enjoy at resort. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This condo is so roomy and it has everything you will need! Beds were comfortable. And there was so many things to do at the location. We used the kayaks, mini golf, tether ball, paddle boats, ping pong...we never ran out of things to do. The pool and hot tub were very clean and was never over crowded. We definitely plan to go back again as soon as possible!

The lake access and pool were great ammenities and the area was very nice for bringing a pet. The condo was a very nice size and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The only real negative we had was the condo really needs a deep cleaning and the grounds always had trash lying around that other people had left. I had to clean the oven before using it ( self-cleaning so wasn't hard to do ), several stains on the carpet and the furniture seems older and in need of cleaning or replacing as it was cloth. We just placed a sheet on it while there. After 3 days, I picked up the empty bottles and papers at the pool and threw them away. We still enjoyed our stay, but our recommendations would be to replace the carpet with wood so it could be kept clean, update the living room furniture to something that could be cleaned easily, and do a deep cleaning even behind appliances and silverware drawers, etc. COVID cleaning guidelines should apply as well. With just a few updates, this property would go from okay to amazing. The TV and options were very nice. The grounds need to be maintained better overall. The host seemed nice, but didn't always respond timely and didn't check during our visit to see if everything was okay which normally occurs when we use VRBO. We did what cleaning we needed while there, so we still enjoyed our time and spent alot of time outside.

Relaxing in the hot tub was a big plus. I’ve rented plenty of homes on vrbo before and this one was very well stocked compared to the others. Overall this condo is a must stay at if you’re ever in the hot springs area.

The town of Hot Springs has plenty to offer as far as activities and great places to eat. The lake itself was a disappointment as it is billed as very clean and clear. I was excited to take our family to a lake that was much nicer than what we are used to, but it was no different than lakes near our home town and average at best.

They resort was lovely with all the amenities they had. We saved money on doing other things because there was much to do. We very much enjoyed the kayaks. They were old and a bit uncomfortable but glad we had the opportunity to use them. We also enjoyed the outdoor games like shuffleboard, tetherball and horseshoes! We also used the paddleboats a few times during our stay. I would recommend!

Great Condo, Average Lake
The condo was fantastic! It was plenty large enough for 6 people. The pool was terrific and the kids had fun in the rec room and basketball/volleyball/pickle ball courts as well. The town of Hot Springs has plenty to offer as far as activities and great places to eat. The lake itself was a disappointment as it is billed as very clean and clear. I was excited to take our family to a lake that was much nicer than what we are used to, but it was no different than lakes near our home town and average at best.

In one word PERFECT! Condo was ideally located by pool & large deck was well used by us. The condo was spacious with 5 adults & 2 children. Pool water was warm and nice size if you have young swimmers to watch. We even enjoyed night swims since pool was so beautifully lit. We rented pontoon boat from Orrs Marine just a short distance away. The kids were sad when trip came to an end and so were we! Christa, condo ower, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this get away!
