The reception staff and most of the restaurant/bar were wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. Meals were great, but perhaps a little more variety to the menus would have been nice.

The vegetarian options could have been better.

Authentic huts in a lush tropical garden right next to one of the best beaches on the island. Loved the private patio, the private canopy bed on the beach and the outdoor shower. The staff is exeptionally nice and caters to every wish.

we really liked the intimacy and relaxed vibe of the resort. it didn’t feel like a hotel at all, and everything was done to make guests relaxed and comfortable.

We came here to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary. The staff was simply amazing! We had a slight inconvenience that was not the fault of the staff but they fixed it beyond our expectations! If we ever had a problem at other resorts, we would have to hassle them, but they were the ones consistently following up, which I truly appreciated. Inger is honestly the best! The staff felt like family. They would know your drink of choice as well as your name. Oh and I can't forget Javaughn, the grill master/chef! He was amazing/welcoming and in his words cooked everything "with seasoning and love". And the great smile/service from Attesha & Ti-shawn daily was the perfect touch. There was another AMAZING gentleman with braids, but I didnt catch his name, he even offer to help us take our anniversary pics. The resort also provided nice entertainment every night, live bands, singers, etc. It was very nice/romantic while you enjoy your dinner. The menu changed daily along with the specials (always get the soup of the day, trust me). I also loved that they provided OFF cause I didnt really get bit my entire stay. Housekeeping does an exceptional job too! And Oh yes, the beach is absolutely beautiful and spacious!!! You are able to do jet-skiing, boat rides, and hikes as well. Overall, we had a nice experience.

The hotel was beautiful with an exceptional beach. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. You are also directly on the beach which is amazing for accessing both your cabana and the beach easily. The staff was also very courteous and provides exceptional service.

This is how hospitality should be done. Engaging, knowledgeable and happy staff, serving a great product in an incredible location. Felt authentic unlike the chain resorts.

There was nothing not to like. Read the website, it describes exactly what you are getting.

Beautiful location and offered ultimate relaxation and offered opportunities to explore the island further if you wished. We particularly loved the guided hikes and steel pan lessons - all included within the all inclusive package. Staff are the heart and soul of the resort and couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable if they had tried. The menu offerings were varied and all the food delicious.

Amazing amazing amazing. Just a perfect honeymoon resort. We had a room that was direct on the beach so we literally stepped off of our porch onto the beach and did swimming and sunbathing every day. The resort staff really looked after you and made sure your cocktails were topped up and you were enjoying yourself. We didn't leave the resort, but there was plenty of things you could do and arrange it all with the front desk if you wanted to be adventurous. The room itself was wonderful too - I was worried that it might be bare on facilities or the outside shower might be weird but it was absolutely fine! Loved that the minibar got topped up every day too!

It's hard to criticize perfection but the only thing I didn't massively enjoy was the dinners. I absolutely ate it down but if I was there for longer than a week I think I'd consider having a few meals off-resort. My main issue is that the dinners were often very very dry and overcooked, and they repeated meals (under different names though!) so it got a bit samey after a while.

Both Heidi, and myself enjoyed our stay at the Resort, it was a brilliant vacation which had been looking forward too. We would love to mention some of the management, and staff who now bring a beaming smile to our faces at the thought of their ability to enhance the enjoyment of our stay. Sendian…… Deputy manager Natanya…… Reception very, very special wonderful people Clifford……. Restaurant Manager Restaurant, The following named staff, Amongst the many who were friendly, and we became very attached to them, all were a very happy bunch many of the staff we thought were brilliant. Shawn, Gerrylee, Odel, Atisha, Nikita Also, Merlyn who we have named the beach after her. Beach Boy, Amari who kept us refreshed during the hot sunny days. One major complaint # Music in the evening was quite poor, in fact it was so boring that guests retired before 9.30pm disappointed, Four of the 10 nights we all managed to dance to the Music which we all agreed was a great fun including some of the staff, who taught us some local dancing. # The BBQ, Unfortunately, when the wind was in our direction the smell of the BBQ’s was overpowering the strong fumes drifted along the beach towards us. The accommodations is perfect: comfy bed, amazing individual pool and awesome Bali bed for each room/bungalow. Turner beach is gorgeous! I loved my stay here and I will come back.

There was no snorkelling equipment available in any of the days I stayed there. I also asked the hotel about snorkelling trips and it took them 2 days to respond. The food is O.K. and service, pretty slow.

Quiet relaxing rustic place with really fantastic staff. Effortless all inclusive, just ask. Wonderful breakfasts, cooked to order and splendid cocktails.

Location

Bali beds too close to each other

The location was amazing! The countryside along with the option of beaches in walking distance was so so nice. The entire area had a local non commercial feeling which is what I hoped I'd have. The bar service on the beach and inside were amazing along with the staff. They were courteous and always in a good mood. My garden room was always clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a treat, especially after a hot day of exploring! There were good options for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is situated right on the beach so the view was amazing. You could see all the way to Montserrat! I'm really missing eating any meal with that view.

One thing I didn't like, there weren't any options for snacks (vending machines or similar) after the restaurant closed at night. There weren't any snacks to choose from in the room or public areas as well which was disappointing as it was an all inclusive facility.

The Sanctuary beach cottages are really comfortable, very quiet and private. The plunge pool was lovely. Beach and sea are amazing. Food is 5 star all the way. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay special too. Overall, if you want a romantic, quiet vacation in an amazing location, Keyonna cannot be beaten.

The quality of all the meals was exceptional. There was a wide variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. All were cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and served and the portion sizes were just right for when lazing about so ready to enjoy the next meal without ever feeling very hungry. The staff were pleasant and courteous but not reverential so gave a very caring relaxed atmosphere to our whole stay. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable, stress free and memorable as they could.

The quality of the decaffeinated coffee was poor and for one of us who is not a confident swimmer the steeply shelving beach made swimming in the sea a challenge however the other swimming options made up for it.
