How close it was to the train station and town. Facilities were exceptional.
Check in was a little unclear to start.

close to the train station
construction work right next to the property with big machines start making noises at 7am! This should have been mentioned beforehand, that way I would have rented some other place. Pillows were flat and bed was very uncomfortable and noisy.

seriously, checkout at 9 am and before that you have to remove bedsheets and throw the garbage yourself. I didn’t get what I was paying for and what kind of vacation is it

Great location with train station just a few minutes walk away. Property is clean.
The bathroom is a bit small. The sink is located outside the bathroom.

Price. No one can really find cheaper place if travelers are more than 3 adults. Eventhough we bought all our passes sperately, sum was really cheaper than everywhere else.
To cook something, everything was ready. Pans, pots, plates and bowls and all the utensils.
And Denner is really close so you dont have to pack all your stuff from home.
COLD. COLD floor.
Maybe floor heating or at least more teppich could be helpful.
But the air got warmer with radiators.
NO VIEW. If you want to see some view from the accomodation. This is not the right one.
We didnot need to see the view from the room because we went up to the mountain all day long.

it was a very good place.

it’s near to train station with supermarkets just 3 min away
kitchen utensil , oven is not clean . bed linen, trash need to remove ownself and need to purchase their garbage bag at 2.5 franc . need to pay tourist tax 3 franc per night per person and only cash payment . pillow is so flat untill has been used for long time . the owner Rosemarie is not so friendly.

Wonderful place . Its perfect for family and also if you travel in group. the location is very close from Zermatt station - 6 min walk. Owver very responsive to queries. The checkin was super easy. Owner came down tosee if we need anything, so nice of her.The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had ample dishes and cookware.Would love to come back and stay .

What do you need for a night or two stay - locaion, neat and clean room, neat and clean bathroom, comfortable bed incl matress and pillow and of course kettle and a cup or two for tea. You would find everything here. Stay was comfortable. I would recommend this property.
There was no tea or coffee in the room. I don't think it would cost a fortune to the owner.

The situation it's very convenient as it is near the station but not annoying sounds to sleep. The beds were comfortable and you had different light options. It's also convenient if you need a kitchen so you can safe a bit money as eating out is expensive in Switzerland. The host was nice to us and the checking it's easy.
In our room, the space was really small. It was difficult to air the room when getting a shower or cooking, and keep privacy at the same time, as it is near the way and people pass by. Keep in mind the 9:30h check-out, if that's a problem for you. I will recommend the place when you want to leave very early and need and easy check-in/ check-out, or stay near the station or just few days in Zermatt. But not for long stays as it is not comfortable enough, if you care about space and tidiness.

Too dirty. There is other people's body hair in the toilet. The whole house stinks very much.

Location was great, so close to station, nice and clean room. Comfortable bed.
Wifi wasn't really working (kept dropping off) and no locked up area to store luggage on day of departure. (didn't feel safe to leave a bag "behind the stairs").

good location. 5 mins walk from bahnhof & everything u need. including the green line bus station.

The towels were ordinary. Kitchen well equipped. The owner asked us to strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Charge for a garbage bag is 2.40 CHF. More suitable for students than a mature family.
Damp smell as the apartment is partly below ground.

great location and spacious lower ground apartmentGood facilities, including coffee machine. supermarket nearby, so very easy to get your own supplies.
The apartment we stayed in doesn’t get much light as it’s on the lower ground. Would also be great if guests could make use of the garden by providing deckchairs, so guests can enjoy sun there. Also the owner Rosmarie is rude and unfriendly and extremely unkind, however her mum is great and very friendly.
