The position is great, the dinner was good, clean and has good parking
The room was not very insulated from external noise and temperature. The breakfast was a bit cheap for the standard of the area but overall the price-quality ratio remains great.

Lucky! we found this place! It was our first time to the Dolomites and didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy to find this place! Walking distance to everything, comfortable room and the best part was the very warm and friendly staff!
My only request would be more fruit at breakfast. To go with the Fresh Honeycomb they had out every morning. So good!

The location is really close down to the center and super easy to reach the ski area.
I felt uncomfortable at night due to the uncontrolled mess of some guests. Children shouting at the lobby, playing soccer using sliding doors as a net, I could also hear shouting and dogs barking from my room, people slamming doors and running (presumably children) in the corridors until 10.30 PM. I know education is a personal preference, but, in my view, employees had to assume their own responsibility to get the situation under control.

The young man at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also very good with cooked food (eggs etc.) freshly made. Bathroom towels were lovely, big and fluffy.
Location was excellent in a quiet street but within easy walking distance to the town and it has a pleasant garden to relax in.
The Hotel was quite old fashioned. Bedding with just a heavy bedspread over the top sheet did not seem very hygienic.
The whole place needs an update in our opinion, a bit depressing. No hand soap in the bathroom.

It was such a homey environment, the staff was very nice and spoke great English which was convenient because my Italian is elementary at best.
The elevator was a little sketchy but that's the only thing I can think of. It was great.

We cant go to the balcony becaue the exit door is blocked by bunk bed.

Breakfast was horrible-no cheese,no any kind of meat,almost no fruit,empty honey boxes,-just old,decoration like cakes-many types of them,no normal bread....-really very bad!

Breakfast was almost perfect. There was no bacon, but excellent speck, hams, cheese, salame and other salumi, bread and eggs. A tipical Italian breakfast was also available, with different types of expresso, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, lots of cakes, brioches, etc.
The rooms were large enough and properly equipped. The bathrooms were ok and the shower was great.
The staff was also polite, efficient and useful, despite (or maybe: because of) being comprised of young people only. They spoke perfect Italian, which is rare in these parts (nor it is anyway indispensable, but still... It makes Italian visitors feel at home).
Location is just nothing short of perfect: in less than 30 mimutes you can reach thermae, all kinds of ski pistes, hiking trails, shopping malls, beautiful churches and some great restaurants.
The heating was not adjustable, and it was turned off in the nights. That was ok for me, but not for some of the ladies. Extra blankets were not readily available.
