it has nice and easy access

the check-out time is to early and I feel like we are rushing out to leave the house, I don’t think is fair to check in the house at 4pm and check-out at 10 am the time should be like in a hotel at least noon or 1 pm. The bathroom need a better clean up.

Very spacious with a nice pool.

The tables and countertops were not cleaned.

I liked the location. the property was clean and beautiful.

I want to be as honest as I can about this so anyone who decides to rent this property knows what they are getting into. I feel like you spend a good bit more on renting a home than you do renting a condo so you don’t have to worry about privacy and enjoying your vacation. 1- there are 5 cameras on the property. I left the door open one morning while I was cooking breakfast, for a cool breeze could come in. (AIR WAS OFF). I received a message stating that the owners wanted me to keep the door closed at all times because of the air running all day. I then explained and asked if it was okay under the circumstances of early mornings. they said no because of bugs! so they obviously watch the cameras. 2- the air is on a timer. it will only run for 4 hours and then cuts off. so if you rent this place in the HOT summer, you will come back to a hot house. 3-the front balcony is NOT accessible. the door is locked and you cannot get out to it. Next time I will rent a Condo. I will never rent another Home.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Private pool was amazing. It’s only about a 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn’t overly crowded. The sunsets from the front porch were gorgeous and there’s always a lovely breeze blowing. The neighborhood was very quiet. Bring your hammock for the hooks by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot water was plentiful. Lots of seating options throughout house. Already planning a return trip to this house.

We loved everything about this place.
