Really kind staff, big room, beautiful view.

Breakfast was not good.

Everything is new, spacious room, large bed, nice bathroom Large parking spot Sunbeds and garden furniture for each room

Breakfast very poor. i don’t eat pastries or sweets for breakfast, so I really didn’t like it when I had to choose between the following breakfast options : a croissant, pie or chocolate cake. Only some slices of melon available as breakfast fruits. We were a group of 4 people and they did not have 4 items of each pastries. Very obvious that the hotel is applying cost cuts on breakfast. We asked for some butter and they brought 3 butter pieces (even though we were 4 people at the table)....you don’t do that to your guests if you care about them... Not sure they focus enough on the hotel side, as I understand that their restaurant is very popular (didn t tried it) and it seemed that the whole stuff was working around the restaurant, whilst the hotel is just an ancillary business. - Spider web on room furniture and garden furniture. - no wi fi in the rooms, only at the restaurant. This is crazy in the xxi century. - asked to pay a city tax which was not listed on booking ( and we didn’t pay such tax in any other 3 accomodations in sardinia) - misleading description of the rooms. One of the rooms was presented as having seaview. In fact you are in the middle of nowhere, around 20 mins driving to any sea place and no chance ti have a sea view. - location is good only if you use this accomodation for exploring all the northen eastern area and assume to take the car everyday. It is an isolated spot, no access to shops, restaurant, etc.
