Muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos del WTC, lugar muy limpio y agradable, en general buen lugar para viajar, lety muy amable
Lo único malo para mi fue el internet, a pesar que lo reporte varias veces nunca funciono la clave que me dieron de wifi, siempre que me conectaba me marcaba sin acceso a internet

Me gustó la ubicación, la atención, el lugar muy tranquilo y con muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Sin duda volveria.

Súper limpio, excelente ubicación, doña Letry muy amable , solo le batallé en el estacionamiento pero encontré uno cerca ☺️

Departamento muy bonito y espacioso. Decoración moderna, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia larga. Ubicación buena, en una zona tranquila y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes, también cerca del transporte público como el metro bus. Leticia, la anfitriona nos estuvo esperando para recibirnos en el apartamento, fue siempre muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo, me alojaría de nuevo
El termo del agua a veces cuesta un poco que se encienda, tiene truco para que salga el agua caliente.

Location is nice. Rooms are neat and clean, well designed, decorated, and functional.
No elevators and since we had big bags, was painful to carry it up 2 floors. Also, while they said room can accomodate 5, it really was ideal for 3 people. More than that would have been crowded.

Awesome spot! Tons of places to grab a bite, whatever you're feeling. The area seems super chill and safe. Inside the apartment? Clean, cute and cozy.
The key setup isn't ideal: You can't open the doors from the inside without a key. A contactless entry update would be a major improvement.

Beautiful clean apartment that was well kitted out and very tastefully decorated. Good location, 2 mins from World Trade Centre. There is a Walmart Express 2 minutes away too that has a bakery, etc where we bought our produce. Our plane was delayed, but the local hosts were really good about it.
Would have been helpful to have a manual for washer/dryer as very fiddly - found video on YouTube. Only 2 toilet rolls, which seems stingy.

everything was great except the toilet. it can’t be flushed properly. we had to get two bottles of water every time to flush the toilet.

No parking, not enough hot water in the shower, no elevator, but again great value for the price, very reasonable for a short stay

The apartment was modern, nice bed and good location.
We stayed for 9 days and there was no cleaning materials or an option for cleaning so the apartment was very dirty at the end. Also I tried contacting them the first day for extra sheets and never heard back (the note on the apartment said to text and they only check WhatsApp).
Also they charge for an extra pair of sheets (even though the room is advertised for 5 people).

The size of the room was nice. It was clean it had everything like the pictures .
Location was safe and near store and food.
I suggest a guide in the room how to use washer , television, taking out trash, even how to make calls if out the country, food delivery in the area .

This is the 2nd time that we stay in the same place. We reported in our first stay that the water from the shower was cold. We experienced the same thing this time. This is not acceptable. We pay and we want a good service including hoy water.

Just everything was perfect about our two week stay here. Got to admit. My partner even said she’d miss the place before we left. It was an amazing stay. Many thanks to both Leticia and John. They were just incredible.

Host was super nice and friendly, appartment is clean and fully equipped, very nice designed, enough space for group of 5 or 6. It’s located in a nice and safe area, lots of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.
Highly recommended to stay here!
Everything was perfect 👌 nothing I can thing about that could be improved to be honest!
