The breakfast options and variety were sufficient. All staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were friendly and polite. Phone charging and shoe cleaning facilities are available in the hotel lobby.
The internet bandwidth was poor and the wifi often lost connection. For work purposes this instability was unacceptable. Hotel arranged taxi is expensive. The requested hotel invoice I received (after 20min waiting) does not include all the required details for business purposes. Not all staff working at the reception could properly articulate themselves in English.

The room and the hotel are quite new, the room was in very good condition and very comfortable.
The hotel is quite far away from Baku, probably 30 mins drive or more depending on traffic, if you are going to visit Baku but not going to the beach it is not the most convenient. Also there is nothing around the hotel is quite remote, which is good because it is very quiet and relaxing but if you are going to spend most of your time in Baku it is not.

We spent 3 days there. We were served fried eggs for breakfast every day. Breakfast was very modest. There was little bread. I liked the beach. it's big and it's close. You have to ask the workers to go to the sea. A new infrastructure will be built there in the summer. there will be lots of umbrellas.
I asked for 3 days to screw in a light bulb, which was finally not brought. I booked a room with a bath on booking.com. That's the only reason we came there out of season. On the spot, it turned out that there are no such rooms in this hotel.

Good location by the beach
No service at all. Asked for coffee and milk before checking out. No milk in the hotel. I was for bread and butter but they didn’t have butter also. Very strange for a hotel.

We chose this place to spend a few days by the seaside and relax at the end of our roadtrip holiday. Breakfast was good and we liked the seaview from our room and to be able to have room service.
While we think this hotel has potential, we think there may be room for improvement. The music by the pool was really too loud to be able to enjoy/relax. It would be nice to have a softer selection of songs. We also had imagined it closer to the beach, but you need to walk across 2 parkings and a fence to get there, and unfortunately you could not swim in the sea area in front of the hotel. It would be nice to have some beach towels available for guests. The bed/mattress was making a lot of noise, every time we would turn around while sleeping it would wake us up.

Everything was great, in particular - the pool
Wifi could be better, and music at the pool could be not so loud or with some breaks.

The hotel Khazar Inji is definitely a very good choice. It has the following advantages: close to Caspian Sea shore line with sand beaches; big clean rooms, comfortable beds and new furniture in rooms; a huge beautiful outdoor pool; excellent breakfast. Hotel associates are very polite and ready to help hotel guests. It is very silent in rooms even in the case of music concerts in pool area. It is possible to reserve a dinner in hotel, and there is an option to go outside to restaurant in the vicinity. I would like to note that the dishes in hotel restaurant and in local restaurants are very delicious and not expensive.
We have a very nice view on Caspian sea from our room.
I have only two remarks. The full breakfast is very nice but there are no fruits. However, you can easily buy beautiful fruits for very moderate price in supermarkets in Buzovna, 15 minutes walk.
Because of very strong wind it was practically impossible to swim in Caspian Sea. But we just took a dip into it. The sea water was very warm (about 26 Celsius degrees) and just slightly saulty. The hgh quality small sand is everywhere in shallow waters. But the strong winds are typical for this area, the city of Baku is named as "city of winds" not by chance.

The room is large and well-equipped, everything brand-new and of high quality. I was there in mid winter and I was the only guest in the hotel. Nevertheless, everything was operating as normal, with staff very attentive, room and public areas of the hotel spotlessly clean. The room rate was very cheap, excellent value for money.
Location near the beach, a bit away from everything. I guess it's mainly a summer destination, so the view of the clouded coast was a bit disappointing.

The staff were keen to please us and tried really hard to make us feel comfortable specially as being low season we were the only guests. They changed our room to a larger one with a terrace in the sun. The manager made the mistake of not stating clearly online that they are newly opened and still finishing some things like the sauna and restaurant menu so this should be stated on booking etc.!
Sauna not ready. Pool closed even though it was 22 each day and sunny. maybe good to close end of October and not at the start? The beach and front was like a building site with many empty huts closed for the season and rubbish left blowing in the wind. I would not come here for the beach and swimming but it is very relaxing and the staff and food are excellent so it makes it worth the effort to come to a small town. Also some nice places to eat nearby on the hill and a small shop.
