B&B situated along the seafront and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Clean and tidy room with the usual tea and coffee making facilities. Porridge and biscuits and cans of drinks provided, more than you normally get and topped up daily, but then there is no breakfast offered. Not necessarily a like, but ok is access to B&B is self service via key left in an envelope.
I didn't like having to use a separate bathroom along the hall as whenever you want to use the toilet or shower or clean your teeth its a pain, you need to be dressed or in a gown, you need your keys and if you get up in the night you are disturbing others by opening and closing and unlocking doors. Plenty of parking, but restricted by multiple guests who took up multiple spaces.

Last minute booking and the lady I spoke to on arrival was very friendly
Nothing, we got 2 single beds as that's all there was available but if you book last minute you get what you get, no complaints from me

Breakfast provided would have been nice for us. We had to look for a spot and didn’t realize it was a holiday. Not many places were open but eventually found one.

die Lage war super. Es war ruhig aber man war auch sehr schnell im Städtchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.
Unsere Lampen im ganzen Zimmer und Bad funktionierten ab 20.00 Uhr nicht mehr. Die Steckdosen funktionierten noch.
In den Zimmern war es ziemlich kalt.

Uitzicht op parkeerplaats, kleine meubels (kinderformaat), geen tafel, slecht internet , kleine kamer ong. 3, 5 x 5, 5 meter.
Douchedeur kan half open. Geen kast ruimte.

The hotel was clean, good facilities in the room. With snacks, juice tea coffee and porridge. The room was a good size. The views from the lounge were outstanding. The owners were lovely and very attentive.
The hotel did not have an on site bar. This was the only thing I though would have made it perfect.

Wonderful room with unbeatable view of the sea. Breakfast is no longer provided at this guest house which was a disappointment but there are lots of places to get food in Oban. The bed was not very comfortable and the parking was a problem. It is off street parking but our car was blocked in for the entire 5 days we were there. There was no staff on site to greet us on arrival and our key was left in a basket just inside the front door. Very nice place but it lacked the personal touches we had expected.

En-suite was small and electric shower. the property could not do anything about this but a bit of a shame

Their was no breakfast
Thought the B B was at a great location plus room was very clean but decor of room was not for me a bit to dated plus room was cold and extra bed was placed under tv thought that was strange and bed was not comfy place smelt old and damp did not enjoy my stay sorry

Bit of a trek from the town centre, but walk pleasant in good weather. Very pokey room, small double bed. Nothing like spacious rooms on the website. Shower room v small. Didn't see a single member of staff the entire two days we were there! Communicated via email. All a bit strange with the whole hotel very very cluttered with furniture. Tbh needs a good makeover. No breakfast (we had been warned) though they could do "continental" in your room for £10, so we got good cheaper & substantial breakfasts in the town.

The room was excellent being spacious and comfortable with terrific views out over the Oban Bay. Location is quite good and sitting in the bay window watching the sunset and boats coming and going was very relaxing.
The bed 'creaked' horrifically - very disturbing when simply turning over during the night. Needs tightening up.
No breakfast facility nor information on where breakfast could be obtained. I'm sorry but 'instant oats' really don't count especially as I am coeliac. Perhaps the simple addition of a toaster (if regulations permit) would be good if the property is not going to recommence breakfasts or maybe even cut a deal with one of the other nearby hotels which I've seen done in the past.
The addition of a small fridge would be good also - at least could keep some fresh milk and beer cold!

Invisible host. Terrible shower, room was not cleaned. Only 1tiny bottle of shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights. No fresh towels or tea making old fish supper left in hall outside room. Tried to contact host by landline, mobile and email re car being blocked in by another guest and room not cleaned, took 11 hours to respond. Car blocked in by another guest in departure day so we had to go and knock rooms to find guest as no host visible
Totally stressful rather than relaxing break. Over rated and overpriced and understaffed
