Broken door handle fire hazard. No communication would not stay with this company again

The check in was all in Spain ish. Sent picture of broken door handle, no reply from them. Should them picture that I sent to them on arrival and nothing done until after we left

great pool and comfy beds
having to pay extra for air con, it should be included in the price! the apartment was overly clean and we had ants. the checking in was a nightmare and no one messaged me to say what the lock box number was even though after trying to speak to the office numerous times and promised by Sara that I would receive a WhatsApp message

It was pretty clean.
When you go to pick up the keys in another direction different when the host is, they blocked in your bank account 150€ like a deposit just in case you don't follow the instructions when you check out. I didn't like this, because with that money I can book something expensive and don't get my money blocked. I wouldn't book that place if I know that before. Another thing is that there aren't enough sheets for the two beds and the sofa-bed. And neither toilet paper.

This is the Ryanair of apartments (no offense to Ryanair). Everything has an extra price, any basic feature is considered an extra and is charged extra (air conditioning, heating, TOWELS) and there is no wifi. Before you enter your flat you have to go grab the keys in a separate office which is nowhere close to the apartments, and you have to go back to the same office to give the keys back. When we arrived at the office for check-in, there was no hydroalcoholic gel (the bottle was empty). We notified the employee and the morning after, when we passed by for check-out, the bottle was still empty. The staff did not answer the phone from 1 PM until 7:30PM, when we were supposed to receive important information about check-in and the keys. Once in the office for check-in, the staff was unbearably slow and unfriendly and was not able to provide any justification for not having answered the phone for hours. During check-in, you are asked for a 150€ deposit, which is blocked on your card. The deposit is returned after check-out if the structure considers they do not have to charge any extra. The flat has NO TOWELS and NO SOAPS/GEL WHATSOEVER during a pandemic. The view from the balcony was awful, nowhere close to the swimming pool you see in the pics. We were a large group of people and were given only 1 key. The staff had no clue about CCTV parkings in the area. The light in one of the rooms was not working. You are asked to clean everything (dishes and glasses included) and take out the garbage before check-out.
