I loved the nice attitude and the helpfulness of the staff, the neatness of the establishment and the nice bar / restaurant at the ground floor. Besides, it took me only 15 minutes to go to Crans-Montana with the bus, that stops in front of the establishment.
The rooms could have been bigger, but for this price, I do not think it can be required.

The coffee was good in the Morning, but very late breakfast and staff inflexible about time so could only have it once. Bread and croissants were stale, nothing else offered
There was a bar downstairs and the left the door open to the stairwell leading to rooms, extremely noisy at night! First night yelling and noise until 12:45am . I was traveling for a sporting competition so needed a good sleep, which I never got
