The staff is good. The check in was fast. Sorry to say the good things are not a big list. I hope they work on the things mentioned below. check out also was fast.
The place was very much inside in FE block. Also the rooms was little old feel with the window ac making noise. The worst was the room freshener used by them it was terrible. I couldn't sleep properly for that strong smell. I had to leave by 9am so I needed to take a bath in the morning and there was no water for washroom for atleast 20mins. No glasses in the room had to ask for it at night. Hot water kettle not there. Tea or coffee facility not there in the room. So overall feel was not good. Few more things though the staff is good but very different they did was clicked a photo of mine saying Bidhan Nagar Police station has directed them. I have been around West Bengal never did I come across this system ever, I was not comfortable with it.

Staff behavior was ok.
TV not working, AC is full of sound in which no one can sleep, not even providing the basic thing like mineral water. Room size is to small. Not as per expectation.

Staff are very hospitable.
Pretty impressive for its price range.
It would be better if it is possible to install a new AC as the current AC looks very old and is producing a lot of noise, especially during nighttime. However, considering the price it is tolerable enough. Also, there are no nearby convenience stores to buy water etc which can be a little troublesome.
