Beautiful location and exteriors. The swimming pools are very well maintained.
The room was a little bit run down, but fair enough.
Restaurant expensive and really deceiving

Loud music from bar which you could her in your room on friday and saturday until 22:00. No beach towels if you stay 3 nights or less.

location was perfect and having our own kitchen was nice
our room was without any compliant ventilation so mold appeared day to day and the smell was intolerable, including our clothes. at the beginning we had to warn about a blocked shower and a leak from the hot water tank. we were so far from the beach and without any garden view.

The room we upgraded to was very nice with a good sea and pool view. Well situated with easy access to the beach and restaurant. The hotel is well situated to explore the south of the island.
The initial room (over the road) we were given when we arrived was unacceptable with a damp smell and depressing decoration. We were given another room that first night which was still very depressing with no character but at least didn't smell of damp. Following a talk with helpful staff we upgraded the following day at a small extra cost and were very happy with our new room.

Live music and things to do inside the hotel
the walk from the room to the hotel was far and especially the beach, also we were told we needed to take out the trash but didn't see where to throw the trash away. Furthermore, the fridge was small and the freezer was too small for us, also kitchen did not have enough things to cook anything

upon arrival we were given the wrong room, we had to wait 1 hour for them to find a room for us. the room that they found the walls were damaged and the bed was undone. we had to go ask for the sheets

There was never any soap or shampoo in the room, strange for a beach side hotel.

I was in an urgent situation where I had nowhere to stay for the night. I booked a room in this hotel, but then my situation resolved itself and my accommodation elsewhere was available. I therefore cancelled the reservation, and asked the hotel if they could be flexible in my case and waive the cancellation policy that meant I had to pay the full cost of the room. Take note that the hotel was not full that night so I had not booked a room that could have been taken by another customer. The hotel refused to be compassionate in my case and took the whole payment. I know that hotels do have flexibility in certain cases to waive their cancellation policy, and I was disappointed that this hotel would not react to my extenuating circumstances.

nice place along the beach, bathroom and bedroom clean but old.
old hotel who needs a real refresh.
breakfast buffet is big but bad quality of food.
souvenir shop announced opening hours that where not respected. I reserved some gifts and when I came back to pay, it was closed, while the hour was not yet passed. Hotel is not aware and can not help.

located close to Le Marin
I’m sorry but the I found the staff very unfriendly and rude, especially in the restaurant. I’m sadly not French speaking and I’d say that’s essential here. I also met a German lady who had a similar experience. also probably an issue if you’re a solo traveller.
