The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is in front of a Market,early in the morning there is a lot of noise .The hotel has a lot of stairs and no elevator.Its very difficult for older people or if you have luggage to carry up and down.

There was not breakfast. The location is good because it is in the center of the city.
The person at the check in is not friendly.
The hotel is located in a place where the neighbors had very loud music and it could be heard inside the room, very annoying.
We woke up at 7:00 am with the clarity of the sun because the curtains are very, very clear.
The floor in the room was a bit sticky.

I upgraded my room to a room with a jacuzzi tub but I was unable to use the jacuzzi because there was no hot water and the jacuzzi did not have a heater.

the hotel is located right in the city across from the market, is very noisy and overwhelming because of traffic, we only stayed one night but we did not get any sleep because of the club on the first floor
