Exceptional boutique hotel in central Palma. Perfect location for everything in Palma. A small beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The restaurant is outstanding. All of the staff go out of their way to make you feel special.

Everything was great Personal,service,restaurants were excellent!!! Staff is professional and polite!

The breakfast was lacking - there was not a lot of food available - tiny little bits of this n that but the staff didn’t really make any moves to offer cooked one day were ordered an omelette but the other 2 days we just had the cold buffet - it was a beautiful place to eat on the terrace but if I visited again I wouldn’t opt if the breakfast as there were so many lovely places to eat on the doorstep

There was only one English Chanel on the Tv BBC world news -

great location in the heart of Palma, close to great restaurants, shops, the cathedral and bars. amazing views on the rooftop and incredibly comfortable sun loungers. Great service from front of house, reception and the food is top quality. The rooms are brilliant too.

everything was exceptional. Although, I would say, if you’re looking for a pool to swim in (which I wasn’t), the pool is more for plunging than swimming

Fantastic & very friendly staff..Nothing was too much for them..Great location & the best restaurant actually in the hotel..Tokio de Lima..Excellent!
