The amazing location, the amazing stuff, the healthy food and the cleanliness

there is no sealed or soundproof for in between doors, so i can hear clearly what is going on in next room and also they hear me. i am not sure all rooms have in between doors or few only.

The only thing that i did not like is that the room is not a soundproof so you will hear the noise outside and in the room next you but it’s only on day time it’s much less during night

Large enough bathroom, friendly staff

Got the worst and cheapest room the first night , completely not what I booked. It was only half a floor up from the street, it had the dirtiest couch I have ever seen outside of a landfill, and in a 1min search I found 4 hairs on the bed. Despite it not being a habit, I went to complain. They could not give me a different room that night. They gave me a €10 refund, despite that the price difference between the cheapest available room at time of booking (which still wasn't as bad as the one I got) and only after I asked for it. The room I got the second night was closer to what I booked but still had a balcony of only 1m³ instead of the large balcony shown for the room I booked, but I took. The staff acted in the best way they could (offered a piece of pie for the inconvenience). But all in all I was very disappointed. And; does it cost that much to put curtains that properly block sunlight and serve toilet paper you can not see through? Oh yeah, and if you want to give shampoo and shower gel that has been out of date since 2020, hide the expiration date...

the location is very good for the travelers who are coming for shopping - the staff are great and welcoming

The staff was amazing, very friendly & helpful. Also the rooms were spacious & very clean. Towels & bed sheets were changed daily the breakfast was very yummy, full of varieties & there was freshly baked cake every day

the whole stay was amazing, The only problem was in the wifi

we really enjoyed our stay , we were group of 15 people and they gave us 4 connected rooms and 2 seperate room on the different level , rooms are nice and clean, breakfast was awesome and Samet and Perihan at the restaurant so lovely

location is nice, metro is close, shopping centre is close walking distance, staff is nice, helpful, friendly

breakfast is poor choice, the fact they asked me to rate them as 10 on booking in my opinion is a bit too much to ask. rooms are old, and in places dirty, since i was there only for two nights , i tolerated it. i believe for this value of money , there should be a better choices in Istanbul.

Liked · every thing my family enjoyed the stay the rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The staff were exteremely friendly and the breakfast was very good

Location is amazing, central and can find everything needed around. The property is very clean, the employees are all helpful, respectful and happy to serve you with anything needed. Rida on the reception was very helpful at all times whatever we asked for (as he’s in the day shift), also others were amazing as well.

Noise, noise, noise! Although we asked for a high floor (4th), we could hear every word spoken on the street, it’s a shame not to install sound proofing windows as it can wrap up this hotel with 10 stars. Not much of noise proofing within the hotel as well, but not annoying as much as street noise.
