Large comfortable apartment for families with a nice surroundings view

Bathroom looks a bit old not very well cleaned

pools were accessible and plenty of sun beds, staff were helpful gardens were well kept

apartment could have been cleaner and was over run with ants all over kitchen work services. staff said would send to be cleaned again but had to do most of that on the first day so declined. did give us ant traps and of course appreciate hot so attracts ants.

The apartment was a really generous size and there was lots of space, including 2 bathrooms and a really large terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed. The main pool was great and usually quiet for a decent swim. The pool bar was really good and all the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Andres who made a great latte! The food was really fresh and good value for money. The site is very secure with gated access. There are lots of golf courses and padel clubs nearby, both of which are quite pricey though.

The rooms were really tired and needed lots of updating. Outdoor furniture was shabby and falling apart and headboard was badly ripped. They didn't seem very clean either with marks on sofas, sheets with large stains etc. There was no shop on site to even get milk and bread and nearest supermarket was a 10 minute drive away. Having to pay extra for the gym - this should be included. The location was fine if you had a car, but you would be stuck without one. The parking in the garages is VERY tight and problematic with large pillars and really small spaces!

The main pool was great, easy parking, having a flat to yourself is very comfortable, the pool restaurant is great.

The rooms are very old - looks like like they're about 15-20 years old. Time to renew. everything squeaks, old TV etc. AC makes noise (the external unit) and is old as well - one unit for the entire apartment, one thermostat, keeps turning on and off which doesn't allow for smooth sleep. Pillows are too high and stiff - didn't sleep that well. Pool restaurant stops serving early (reception told us last order at 21:30, the sign at the restaurant says kitchen closes at 21:15 but then they tell you last orders should be at 20:45 or something... that's too early for Spain guys... )

we thought as it was so far from Marbella ,Pourto Banus etc and taxis very hard to get and an added expense that you should have a taxi service available .

all the units had physical key access would prefer card access, the outside was infested with ants, a bit far if you don’t rent a car

Staff were brilliant and the on-site restaurant was so convenient and the food was great. Pool area was great too. would definitely stay here again.

location was fantastic, amenities within the premises. we loved the pools and the fact that our property had a balcony overlooking the pool. we also liked and loved the restaurant as we didn’t want to cook.

Great swimming pools, and restaurant/pool bar. very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is very clean and well looked after.

Nowhere to get a coffee before 12pm.

lovely chilled environment, we have stayed here twice now and the rooms are very well sized and nicely finished. all the swimming facilities are extremely clean with pools to suit everyone.

not an issue for us, but the hilly nature of the location my be hard for some people.

The property was was very well laid out abs equipped with everything you needed including multiple pools, spa, gym and bar / restaurant that served from 12 midday onwards. 24 hour security, large metal front gates to enter the complex, really welcoming and accommodating reception staff. lots of sun beds and multiple pools to choose to sit around including a large covered one for this time of year, a smaller shallow Children’s pool, a deeper small pool and a large tropical central pool with a bar. The apartment we stayed in had everything you could wish for or need during a short or longer stay. It was incredibly clean and tidy on arrival and the layout worked well for a family. each room with its own bathroom, large sitting area, indoor dining table, outdoor dining table and seating area. Throughout the complex there are lifts that take you from the underground parking to any of the floors so this works well with luggage and without them there are many stairs to tackle to get around the complex so these proved handy for little feet.

In our apartment the master shower/ bathroom was spacious but the layout meant the shower was in the corner and a corner shower. It was cramped for all of the family who are average height / size apart from our 10 year old. We cooed no problem but we commented on it so worth noting. The smell of drains in the top shower room was something we noticed as soon as we arrived. Again we think this could do with looking at. It didn’t improve despite us having doors and windows open. It wasn’t bad enough for us to need to move rooms but it was noticeable and didn’t go away during the whole stay. Signs on the roads around the hotel and through the complex could be improved to help navigate. Travel into Marbella old town by taxi is 20 euros one way and takes about 15 mins.
