Location was great and also depsite the apartment being on the street side it was really quiet

Self check in was a bit complicated (separate contract had to be signed and payment was not done over booking)

Nice modern apartment with two bathrooms (very convenient!) in a great safe and very authentic location, helpful staff. Possibility of self check-in and collecting the keys in the building.

We arrived around midnight. We did the self check-in before so after arrival we just collected 2 key cards from the box in the building. Unfortunatelly the cards didn´t work. But after contacting the apt service we got new cards in a short time and then everything went well.

The location is very good

The property is located in the heart of the city and has good metro and bus connectivity. The apartment was clean, cosy, and comfortable

The checkin process wasnt smooth as the reception is not at the same location as the apartment which was a surprise. Although this was written to us in a message before but it was not highlighted enough and can be missed easily by anyone. The phone number listed on booking.com and elsewhere wasnt accurate which further added to our troubles.

the rest of the property looks nice but the room I got which is the first room when you go up the stairs from the entrance was awful. tiny windows that you have to bend down to open which lead directly to the road underneath so all the fumes of passing cars, trucks and motorbikes enter the room. There is a bar right in front (which luckily closes at 1am) but that means little privacy as everyone can see inside. The ceiling is very very low .. I’m 5’4 (163cm) and I could easily touch the ceiling without trying too hard. The shower is even lower than that .. so if you’re tall, don’t stay in this room! also there were strange black sticky spots all over the floor which I could easily remove with a tissue, which means the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Grabbing the keys from other place which is 10 mins away by car, double cost for a taxi

The apartment is with very good location. It is on 20 min walking distance from the main attractions. The view from the balcony it very nice and the had wonderful time in Barcelona.

The apartment was spacious, clean, had the basics needed. The location was really nice since we like to live off the main tourist path. Reception personel were very nice.

The key pick up was very inconvenient, very far away from the actual apartment. They tell you a day before you arrive that they will charge you a $350 deposit up front and will return it and then the fine print of what it takes to get it back was disturbing. There was also instruction "don't put the key card near cell phone". In spite of attempts to keep them separate, one of our cards quit working!

We had to go to an alternate location to pick up keys and check in/out. They held a $350 deposit in my credit card beyond the promised release period and I had to send a message to ask for it to be refunded. Be sure to read the contract because if you don’t put all the dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash they charge an extra $75. We of course did this but they held the deposit into the following day. not cool

Absolutely nothing. The worst stay in living memory. The fact that this place exists on booking.com is unbelievable.

Take a look at the pictures that the apartment managers advertise. Then take a look at pictures that I have posted on this review, to see the reality of the state of this accommodation. Disgusting, smelly, dirty, filthy, noisy. Absolutely unbelievable that they got away with charging me for this. Within 60 seconds of walking into the property, we called the management and demanded that we have 2 of our 3 nights refunded immediately. We would've left that night but it was too late to find anywhere else. They refused to do this, and kept citing nonsense about 'cancellation terms'. At which point I reminded them that they had a duty to be honest and transparent with what exactly customers are paying for. The management obviously have tricked booking.com and other customers by misleading them into listing this 'property'. It honestly beggars belief that this 1 night stay cost me £600. Criminal. Do NOT stay here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Location is great.

Poor WiFi, dropped out all the time. Office staff did not respond to my email messages. Some of the furniture very worn out, needs replacing.

Decoration lacked character and human touch. Key to be collected relatively far from the apartment

Clean and modern

But WiFi is very weak if I compare with my accommodation in France, fiber. And we can't keep silent but overall is we obviously are satisfied.

It was very clean.

iI didn’t like the bed. He was squeaking like hell every time he turned around and I woke up by the noise.
