La amabilidad del personal, la chica que atiende en el desayuno y en especial Valter un chico muy motivado y servicial que sabe hacer bien su trabajo 😊.
En realidad no tengo quejas, y lo mío fue muy apresurado al decidir quedarme una noche en monte gordo debido a que perdí la conexión de alsa el último desde Sevilla 18:00😔
La 109 no tiene insonorización, soy muy sensible, y tuve que esperar a que cerraron el bar 01:00 am.

Friendly, helpful staff (thank you Miss Marta!!!) very clean; fabulous breakfast: lots of variety, very fresh, amazing freshly squeezed Algarve orange juice: thank you Miss Eva!!! Air conditioning worked great. Balcony was lovely.
Elevator very small and very slow.
Bed mattress very hard. Wished we’d had a shower stall instead of a bathtub as it was a little challenging to get into.

the breakfast is amazing and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel also provided free parking on site.

Great stay will go again
The only problem.i had was the roller blind was fixed so.it could not get to the top of the veranda doors so as I'm tall.i.had to. Stoop to get in and out.

The breakfast was amazing so many choices ..the location was so close to everything and the staff were so helpful..cannot say enough about them
OK.. I read the reviews about the awful pillows but as we bring our own it did not really matter..but the pillows are not great....only complaint if we didn't bring our pillows..but i absolutely would recommend this hotel

The fact that it's mentioned that the distance from the beach is 300 meters when in reality it's more like one kilometre!!!

The bedroom is large, the bed is too comfortable. It’s near from the center of Monte Gordo city. The balcony is large. The breakfast is over the top, with varied and fresh food. The reception was warm and we got a place in the parking, what it was too good!!!

Breakfast was really very good. Staff was nice, helpful and attentive. The location is great, 7 minutes to beach and 5 to a lot of restaurants, always on foot!

Staff treated us like individuals rather than numbers which made the stay very relaxing.
There are no real views from the hotel but that didn't bother us too much as the beach is only a 5 minute stroll.
