Excellent location and amenities. Great restaurants and bars. Bartenders are very knowledgeable on a wide range of cocktails.

Pillows were uncomfortable Room service was very long in coming.

look this place is not worth the charges they charge even for the water in the toilets look don’t stay in that place they will rape you off they put water to drink in the room for you they’re charging you for it be careful

the beach is nice but they are not worth all these charges

So I thought the Grand Hyatt where my relatives stayed had a much nicer room. The room itself was not worth the money.

Not enough food options for people who aren't extremely rich. $27 for a slice of avocado toast Is not in the realm of reasonable and Ive lived in Los Angeles for many years. There absolutely need to be more food options.

Extremely busy hotel with facilities too small ie restaurants, pools etc. Value price mismatch - ocean Signaturen suite mainly overlooking the parking lot, staff doesn’t put extra focus / effort. Wouldn’t stay there again

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The whole feel was very modern and hip.

It was a little difficult at first to figure out the SLS side of where everything was at first since there are three hotels connected, but once you figure it out it wasn’t a big deal.

Breakfast was very good. Quality of the food and service. I had breakfast included up to $42 per person, but they always charged me for my morning cappuccino despite me being under my limit.

The host at each of the restaurants feel like they run the show. Despite having reservation they made us wait to be seated even though there were empty seats. So much for making reservations. We liked staying on the beach, but it was not kept clean. Too much seaweed and during my stay I only saw them cleaning it up by hand. Not sure why they don't purchase proper equipment to clean this up each morning very quickly. Unfortunately my stay was during a period that they were building a retainer wall. So while at the beach I had to hear the moving of rock and sound of machinery all day.
