A really good and close location to all important destinations like shops, walking area and the beach. Silent nights for a good sleep.

The common area (terrase) doesn't have written house rules (as it seems to be). Therefore, our neighbours left dirty dishes and trash around it. Also, the flat itself wasn't really clean: someone's dirty towel in the wardrobe, dust on some surfaces, and some trash (water bottle and some plastic from food) under the bed.

was met upon arrival almost immediately. dejalen couldn't of been more polite and accommodating. showed me room, smart tv, wifi etc. explained where everything was in the area and a quick rundown on whats what. beaches from 5-20 mins away, close to bars and restaurants and bakerys. very well located.

i would’ve like more kitchen supplies

we were well informed by the host regarding our apartment amenities, he provided us with info about bus connections, local shops, closest beach etc. the apartment was really well equipped, the beds were comfy - we loved staying here in general :) very well located, easy to get to many beaches, old town etc we do recommend this place to stay and Alen as a nice host :)

Spacious room with a generous living/kitchen area that had all the supplies you would need for a short stay in Dubrovnik. The host was very accommodating and our check in and check out was very smooth. The accommodation is tucked away from the busy old town but it can still be accessed easily by bus or taxi or alternatively around a 25 minute walk.

The apartment was clean and there was decent space for the three of us. The balcony was large and perfect for late nights. The host was friendly and told us tips about Dubrovnik and other things we needed like transport to the airport.

The madras in the beds was a bit hard and it flowed slowly down the drain in the bathroom.

Location wise, there's a few restaurants nearby, close to bus station to old town (bus 4). One small supermarket 7min away,a takeaway 2 min away. The apartment was very clean when I arrived. It has the basic kitchen utilities you need except a microwave (though some pans might probably need some upgrade) Bed is spacious. A comfortable stay.

The host was friendly and very helpful. I liked the quietness of the place, and an efficient and quietly running aircon. I’ve had everything that I needed.

Location and large room

The host was very kind!

Very kind and helpful young man. He gave also 🛁stuff for free. The small apartment is perfect for 1-2 people (with air conditioning). There is no kitchen but a fridge, some dishes and a water boiler. Btw you can drink the water in Dubrovnik. With the Bus number 4 (1 Ticket = 15 Kuna) you can drive to the old city in 10min. If you walk 10 min, there is also a small beautiful bay. There are fast food but also fancy restaurants near the location - also 2-3 super market.

Everything was excellent! I have stayed in lots of apartments in Croatia and always had a good experience but it was very special here. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable, plenty of room, nice furniture and lovely little touches. There is also a beautiful, large, garden terrace ; very nice for sitting in the evenings. A wonderful host, and very sensitive to individual travelers preferences- if you would like total privacy, no problem (as well as peace, quiet and space you won't get in old town), or if you enjoy chatting, this is also welcome, they could not be lovelier. Incredibly helpful and kind and wonderful to ask for advice or help. The location is a walk from the Old Town, but it is beside the sea, with some beautiful views that would be easy to miss otherwise. You are also about an equal walk away from Lapad and Babin Kuk beaches, the Gruž harbor...staying here, it's easy to see much more of "real" Dubrovnik (including places that are not quite as heavily trafficked, once you have enjoyed the beautiful... but busy.... Old Town). I also really liked being very close to several great (and much less expensive) restaurants that cater mostly to locals. I will stay here again in a future trip to Dubrovnik- it's a wonderful value and you feel very safe and very comfortable

Private parking place which was provited by the host. This sticky and smelly apartment sleeps easily up to 6 persons.

The apartment was like the grandpa’s house. Old furniture, old kitchen, old beds, towels and linen like a cheap hotel. In the kitchen coffee and sugar from previous guests. Dirty floor, dirty and dusty table, chairs and the rest of the furniture, some of them were sticky too. Waste from previous guests, the host didn’t clean at all??? The host kindly requested not to allow the kitty to enter the apartment, but I think the cat spent its whole time in the apartment, because of the smell which dominates the place. A bad choice afterall.
