Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt
Weinig bewegingsruimte in kamer door balken aan laag plafond. Badkamer is erg krap.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.

It was convenient for the town and beach, although anyone who has visited Lyme Regis knows it’s very hilly and it is quite a challenging walk back to the hotel for anyone with walking or mobility issues.
The car park for the hotel was fine.
The owner was helpful and the breakfast was really good.
I thought for the price basic items were missing which you would normally expect, no bottled water, tissues, shower gel or flannel in the room

The breakfast was excellent, and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.
It didn't spoil our stay at all, but the mattresses were a bit soft and lumpy

Close to beach. Breakfast staff very pleasant. Clean and welcoming.
The room. The information stated on the 2nd floor. The room was accessed via a very steep narrow staircase not suitable for over 70s. The room was small . The bath and bathroom also small. It was a uncomfortable sitting in the bath to shower very awkward and impossible to control water temperature. The breakfast standard was variable.

Cracking breakfast , ideal location . Staff all vey pleasant, free parking a bonus . Having stayed here before it was quite nice to have a room overlooking the garden , very quiet
Not a lot really if I was critical the shower in my room was a little snug - perhaps my BMI is bigger than I care to admit !

Loved this family run B&B - a very comfortable and warm openess from the hosts, and an incredible home cooked breakfast which set us up for a day of exploring this fabulous coastline. Our hosts were also very generous with giving great local information and restaurant recommendations (book in advance). My children & I really enjoyed our escape from London - and I'm so glad we chose Kersbrook for our stay. It's a steep walk to and from the accommodation - but we came for some exhilaration, and it was well worth it. Thank you.
Cannot think of anything - if it's authenticity you're after - this is the place.

Location was spot on , short walk to town ( downhill going coming back was a trial on my knees ! ) so great for visiting shops beach cob etc. very good breakfast , I was very lucky being a solo guest so it was quiet. Free parking a real bonus
Nothing really - only downside was the road it sits on is a bit of a rat run, and quite busy at peak times. There is no path along some of the road which if you are walking can be a little bit daunting .

Couldn't have asked for a more friendly, considerate and kind owner. We were treated like family rather than some strangers who had just booked for one night. Absolutely quintessential beach side hotel, plenty of board games, clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful piano in reception and kippers for breakfast (optional but my wife loves them).

Was made to feel welcome, clean room, excellent breakfast, nothing was a problem. Friendly professional staff definitely stay again. Shower was awesome, comfy bed, short walking distance to town and attractions. Home from home feel. Highly recommend.

Allison and Alex are friendly, helpful and kind. The accommodation is 5 minutes from the town centre and beach, my room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
