Quiet and clean room Near city center Nice staff

AC adapter received from reception didn't work, and they did not have any other. Same happened to my colleague. However I realize it is not a must for reception to have AC adapters available.

all of the staff were excellent, from check in/out to the night lady and bar staff, they were friendly and looked after us very well. The room was clean and spacious, the hotel itself including bar area were very clean

Their professionalism and attentiveness to our needs were refreshing and made us feel like a valued guest. The housekeeping team has done a good job. Our room was spotless this left a positive impression.The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you from us both.

Very modern hotel. Looks new. All the public area and room looks very clean and esthetical. Great breakfast. I would maybe add some cold meat and cheese as continental option. The staff are very friendly and open minded. Very good additions like water with lemon and fruit for guests. The bed in the room, however, is not entirely comfortable and it was find it difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. The housekeeping team took good care of the room during our stay, however I left a dirty towel on the floor twice and came back hanging twice. When I asked for a replacement in person, they looked surprised and didn't understand why I was asking for a replacement.

Had problems with my key card, although my bookings were linked I had to keep getting my card reprogrammed daily. However my husbands worked fine. Coffee machines both breaking down at the same time caused issues at breakfast, but it happens.

The bed was obviously terrible, springs coming through,onto your body, A big concrete pilar running down the centre of room. So had to try to sleep with a light on , in case needed toilet during night. 👿👿👿

The location of the hotel was excellent being in the middle of town also parking was good. The room itself was nice and clean. The staff in the morning was very helpful and pleasant.

The location of the room itself in the hotel was abit of a hick to get to. Having to used to separate lifts to just get on the appointed room. The younge man that checked me in was as if he was about to finish for the day and I felt he couldn't get me checked in and move me on fast enough. This felt unprofessional and lacked that personal touch.
