old-fashioned Hotel, staff who didn’t speak English at all, recycled dinner food for breakfast, bad instant coffee, annoying security entrance,

Good location
I paid for upgrade room.But they give me standard room.There was a problem with wi fi internet.Instead for solution they offered me to downgrade my room where they have Wi-Fi.That’s why I had to turn on my roaming internet which cost me extra expense.

We stayed in room 723. It was a perfect King bed for 2 adults and 4years old kid. Check in was smooth.
Spa was outstanding. Steam, Sauna and Hamam. Service was 10/10.
Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good.
Everything was perfect except two things.
Many dont speak english and they dont have lactose and gluten free options for breakfast.

1- Everything in breakfast is not fresh ,4 nights My family and I stay in hotel,Everyday starts
with many kinds of cheeses smell bad and vomiting,we didn’t like any things
2-no teabags like mint tea and etc!!!!
3-no capuccino,cafe latte… just simple coffee
4-no fresh juice
5-we found eggs in serving dishs old not fresh
I think it is not related to 5 star hotel ,there is no manager in restaurant ,this is main problem

My room was super comfortable. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast options are limitless - best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel.

not much to not like about a 5 star hotel, it was clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast. also super convenient that the ticket booking office was right next door.
you expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel and Latanya had a few shortcomings, the air conditioning was leaking, the shower hose was broken, their was no hair dryer either
