Very modern,. Tucked away from NW wind. Handy to town/main access roads
Truck Traffic noise midweek in early AM may disrupt light sleepers like me.

quite and nice and cosy
the little ‘hallway’ lights that stayed on. I covered them up with pillows first night, to realise that the pillows were super hot the next morning, so that wasn’t a great idea! so next night was restless sleep. I like sleeping in complete darkness

brilliant for parking our big trailer. extremely clean and tidy. Well set up for a short stay. Friendly and helpful host. Awesome breakfast provided

Breakfast was fine. BBQ available (but not used). Bed very comfortable. Very close to "The Mission" winery.
Lack of sink in kitchenette.

Very private and quiet. Fantastic modern bathroom with great shower . We have traveled a lot and this would have been the best B & B .

Excellent location, very tidy and modern and easy to use facilities. Lisa was a very good communicator and host.

got there a bit late due to longer than expected travel. fumbled around with lockbox. would have figured it out eventually but thankfully the host heard me due to her wee dog barking and let me in. thanks so much. Pity about the race. played up in the gates and no chance really after that.
