The house had been recently renovated to a high standard, so the apartment was bright and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Chipiona and very close to one of the beaches (2 minutes). The apartment I stayed in was designed to be accessible to people with disabilities.

The apartment was an interior, ground floor room so there was little natural light. Although one advantage of this was that there was no noise from the street, the room was near the front door and some of the other guests made a lot of noise coming home at 1am/2am. The plumbing from upstairs runs down through a pillar in the room so there was quite a lot of noise everytime someone used the bathroom upstairs. Also the fridge was quite noisy during the night, as it came on and off. Finally, as the shower was not enclosed and had no tray, the floor of the bathroom got very wet and would take a long time to dry, which was a nuisance.

Location! location! This is a cute little studio in the midst of the action. A few steps away is the beautiful Regla beach with its beautiful boardwalk, bars and cafes. Other few steps & you are in pedestrial street full of shops bars people energy! I also liked the strong free WIFI. There's also an AC but didn't need it much. The nice breeze from being so close to the sea kept us comfortable. This is a studio apartment so don't expect too much space. More than perfect for 2 adults. Cute & clean. There's a kitchenette with all the basic needs. Comfortable bed. The host, Vicente, very professional & attentive.

No elevator. In Booking it stated there was one. At the facility yes there's one but non functional. My husband has bad knees. Had to climb 22 steps one way few times a day but he made it. He's a tough guy. Thisb

Great location and easy to get to beach and eating places. Friendly people.

Wifi patchy. Usual drain smells that had to be attended to. Don’t be here in main holiday season as cafe across the road would be noisy

This is a cosy flat with nice facilities and space.

Flat is right above a load bar/restaurant and soundproofing is non-existent. Patio is shared, which wasn’t noted in the listing and the bathroom is very cramped.
