Best romantic gateway. Excelente staff, amazing music, and the view can't describe with words, you have to be there to see it, and it will get your mind in a gratitude mode and profund relaxation.

For Nicaragua... This is an amazing resort! It was nicely designed, clean, comfortable beds and beautiful over all. The food was good and a staff wery nice! Recommended

The pool area was lacking in lounge-type chairs and although service at breakfast was wonderful. the service at the pool was slow and unmotivated.

EVERYTHING!!! From the staff, the food, the location. We were only supposed to stay for one night, but once we arrived, we decided to extend our stay. Unbelievable location. The staff was 5 star and couldn’t have asked for better service.

The location was perfect - it was quiet and the view spectacular. The staff was friendly and overly attentive. The breakfast was delicious.

View was amazing as advertised. Monkeys in the trees. Nice overall property.
6:30am - courtyard music was switched on LOUD - no sleep after that. Lunch burger was pretty disgusting (consistency of a veggie burger) and we even asked "is this meat?"
Wifi did not work in our room but after two requests a lovely lady brought a "booster" to hook up in our room at 9pm.
I can understand that due to Covid there were not many guests - but the price should reflect a bit higher level of quality and guest experience. We stayed in Granada for $50 a night with much better results.

The view is expectacular, you can see the lake of granada, Mombacho volcano and a perfect angle of Apoyo lagoon. Aparments are very confortable, moderm and clean. If you love nature this is perfect spot to enjoy it. The whole property is in good shape.
Sundays mornings are gonna be noisy because there is a church nearby and it's laudly, you can hear their music everywhere. Internet connection is not strong in all areas. Dinner is expensive.
