Feel the power of the ocean and enjoy sun rises and sun sets

What an extraordinary place. The caretaker was so accommodating and friendly. The views were spectacular. The appartment was comfortable, in good shape, and clean. Perfect location

The kitchen would benefit from a coffee maker and new frying pans.

Fantastic .

Spacious, clean and well equipped with amazing views.

Possibly obvious but to me it wasn’t……we were looking forward to using the BBQ but there was no charcoal. We were only there for one night so didn’t bother going out again to buy some. Would be worth mentioning that you need to bring your own!

Great house with outstanding view!

The view is just incredible... Couldn't stop staring at the sea for hours until sunset, it was magical! The house is located in a very safe area, easy to find and a lot of space for parking and outdoor options like barbecue and dinner al fresco. Spacious 2 bedroom with in-suite and good size kitchen, ideal for families. The communication with the host was very good, all details needed to enter the property were available in advance. The folders available in the house with info about the area (activities, restaurants, etc) and the house itself was great too, nice touch from the hosts. Amazing place, super worth the drive. Highly recommend and hope to go back soon!

My only suggestion, as the country suffers with scheduled power cuts on daily basis, would be to install generators/solar panels to ensure electricity is always available.

Piece of Heaven! LOVED the location and cleanliness of the unit!

The location was incredible! Cliff top ocean view in the day and stars forever at night!

The shower spray wasn’t very strong and I think an inverter could help with the load shedding.

Beautiful chalet in great location, but poor service from Host

We loved the view and location, the chalet was clean and fairly well equipped.

We didn't like waiting 15 minutes in the pouring rain before we were able to get the key out of the box and we didn't like the fact that the Host only came back to me via email with the same information about operating the tv, rather than phoning me and talking me through how to operate it. The key box is rusty and the rubber casing doesn't stay up, so needs replacing and the Host needs to review their Instructions Manual for tv.

Can't beat the view!

Oh my.....the view!!!!!!!!! Location, location, location. Comfortable spacious unit.

Dishwasher is nice to have if have full busy house, need few extra glasses, crockery, cutlery to get use from it. Otherwise just running quarter full dishwasher.

Lovey location with beautiful beach and restaurant - Butterfly Blu.

The location was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. We had an awesome view of the sea from our lounge area and main bedroom. Well-equipped facility with all the amenities you would need.

No sport channel for the rugby on the DSTV otherwise everything else was great.

not equipped for cooking during loadshedding. a gas hob / gas bottle with plate top would make it perfect as couldn’t do warm tea and food for my kids.

the ocean view.

I specifically searched Booking.com for a property with beach access: this property did NOT have that, and was from the beginning a major let down. It was also VERY dusty and I had severe allergic reactions which I had to medicate during my entire stay. The place is not well kept either with fabric coming off the chairs, wood cabinetry falling apart, and soiled towels.

Amazing clifftop setting overlooking the ocean in close proximity to Knysna

Location was fantastic with unobstructed views of the ocean and the sunset. Could walk down ( a steep cliff) to a more private beach. Spacious apartment with all required amenities. Daily cleaning was a bonus. Power load shedding was adequately managed with battery operated lights.

Decor was a bit tired. Bedding could have been more comfortable - suggest bring your own pillows. Lack of a good convenience store/supermarket, so have to drive into Knysna for most supplies, however local restaurant at the beach hotel was good (and was operational during load shedding).

Great views from above the ocean. Nice lawn in front of the nicely set terrace. Spacious. Parking right near the entrance.

A very enjoyable stay with stunning views in a beautiful location

Location, location, location - what a beautiful spot! Would highly recommend

Noisy showers in the morning and being 6ft 3 inches, the beds were not long enough

Amazing!!!

Amazing place. It was so hard to leave it every day for traveling nearby. we would like to stay longer. Location is brilliant and safe. We even met a kind of antílope at our meadow near the house. Cleaning lady is so nice and friendly.

The sound of alarm system raised us up every night due to load shedding. it was really stressful first time. But it is not a fault of object owner.

A great place All u sea Infront your eyes is the ccean and the sky Very comfortable,very clean, If we could stay more we wouold be happy

The only thing is that the apartment is on the cliff so threr is not direct access to the the beach But its by car a few min.,by foot 7-10 mit walk ,

Amazing,on the ocean

Amazing place,we enjoyed everything and every moment U see the ocean from everywhere,u hear the waves Super clean and comfortable apartment Every morning eating breakfast looking at the ocean,even saw whales in front the apartment It is quite and cosy,it was the best for us 9.6

The only thing...there is no direct way to the beach,becsuse its on a clif,but it has its own beauty
