Mister Lorenzo is the best host we could have asked for. He was verry kind, he gave us tips for where to go and whenever we needed something he was always ready and happy to help.

Great location. A good opportunity to visit Umbria and Tuscany, the surroundings are nice and interesting. Our apartment - 3 bedrooms on the lower floor was surprisingly cool, even without using the air conditioner - the sun only started to shine on the terrace in the evening. Lake close enough, also shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was very helpful, they got us an extra bed and a classic coffee maker ,which we were very grateful for.

Only one thing - the pillows were thin and uncomfortable.

Dog friendly, walking distance to the beach and old city center as well.

Everything was good!

Villa magnolia is in a good location not far from the lake and town centre. It is clean and well furnished. Rooms are a good size. It has three bathrooms with good showers.

The accommodation is spread over the upper floor and converted roof space which means two of the bed rooms and bathrooms have sloping ceilings, not great as three of our party are quite tall. Lots of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans but no kettle, facility to make toast or washing machine. Tv only received one channel. The outside terrace and parking looked a work in progress. Not really a space to sit and relax. Not clear if the terrace was for the accommodation or the ground floor flat.
