Great location, quiet street despite short distance to the beach. Good and efficient communication with nice landlord. Apartment is on ground level with terrace facing the quiet street. He has proactively contacted us since we have left some items in the apartment, looking for a solution: Big plus!

This comment is not related to the accommodation (but to the traffic situation around it): We have always found a parking spot, but they are sparse in the town center. On the good side, in case we would have run out of parking space, our landlord has offered his own spot on the premises, since the space was sufficient for our car!

excellent and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities. very quiet location that is excellent for sleeping but also centrally located. very friendly and available host.

the A/C situation isn't ideal. there is a unit in the living room and a unit in the hallway by the bedrooms. if you want your bedrooms to be cool, you need to open the bedroom doors all night. this isn't ideal if you want privacy. the main bedroom is the furthest one from the A/C unit so that is an issue if you like good A/C and/or if the weather is very hot. the place should at least provide one or two fans to improve this issue, particularly for the main bedroom.

The apartment is big, comfortable, in a good location.

Construction workers next door and a nearby street woke us up in the early morning around 8 every morning. Not sure you can really help that though, maybe we got unlucky. Kitchen lacked cooking essentials.

This apartment looks newly renovated. Its super clean and in an awesome location, walking distance to all the restaurants and the port. The owner has thought of everything for the kitchen which is super handy when cooking. Highly reccomend

Everything was perfect. The place is nice, big and clean, There are 3 bedrooms, 2 working air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the corridor so the cold air is getting into all the bedrooms. There were a washing machine and all necessary appliances in the kitchen. The wifi was working fine. The area around is nice, and you're pretty close to the main walk by the see, beaches, and all the restaurants. The host was very nice and friendly, and overall everything was great,

It would be perfect if there was a see view, we didn't understand if there is one or isn't from photos, but it's not smth you can change, so overall the apartment is really nice even without it!

We liked everything about this property. It was spacious, extremely well organized, equipped and clean. Also, WiFi was excellent. I literally have nothing to complain about this place. It is in quiet and nice neighborhood and the beach, restaurants and supermarket are so close to the house. Our host was nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this apartment to everyone!

Very nice and big apartment very close to the beach and town center. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful beaches and very nice climbing spots in the Cala Gonone areas.
