Los departamentos hermosos y cómodos, todos con aire acondicionado, excelente la atención por parte del personal. Es un excelente lugar para quedarse y pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Volvería a ir sin duda alguna.

Amazing spacious apartement. We were greated by the guardian as soon as we arrived, he showed us the place and give us the keys. The appartement was huge and clean. 2 rooms with king size beds, 2 bathrooms, well equiped kitchen and balcony. Washer and dryer was a plus and very useful. The pool was very nice and quite bigger than we thought looking at the pictures.
Big bump to get in the parking, not a deal breaker but be careful ! Would have been nice to have some basics in the kitchen: coffee filters, salt/pepper, oil, etc.

really good location in downtown Tulum. would recommend getting a car to get around. the rooms and bathroom were clean on arrival
the rooms/beds weren’t all the same size so keep that in mind. we had to request cleaning it didn’t automatically happen on a daily basis and on some occasions they only changed the towels and didn’t do a proper clean. they didn’t clean the pool during our stay so we couldn’t swim

The appartment was great and the staff was kind and ready to help for everything we ask.
The pool was not so clean and when we ask someone to clean it thay do that the other day but if was again not so clean.

The layout of the flat/condo was practical. We had two bedrooms and two showers with toilets. A big balcony and big living room beside the kitchen. High ceiling and AC in every room.
Close to Cirkle K which has access to food and drinks.
The water pressure in the shower was too low and had bad water flow. It was not nice to take long shower.
We do not recommend to rent bikes from this hotel. They were too small for people above 180 cm tall and very rusty. Not safe.

loved this property, staff were amazing and always really helpful! apartment was huge, bed was comfy and it was great being able to watch Netflix. air con worked great and the WiFi was good!

Spacious apartment well equipped. Nicely located- 15-25 minute walking distance to places you can eat. Very nice and cozy swimming pool area.

Everything was just great. Staff that welcomed us was so nice and polite. The apartment was amazing that we even prolonged our stay. Tulum in our hearts and Coco Village

honestly the location was a little sketchy , the place is ok. i think they can work on the cleaning a bit more, we had no hot water.

The pool did not look too clean, so we did not swim there.

Spacious room, very comfortable and well equipped (smart TV, laundry, terrace and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool). A convenience store and Tulum Jungle Gym is at 5 min on foot. Jordan, was very helpful and friendly and was available to address our needs
Doors in the living room which give access to the garden were insecure and couldn't be locked.
Shower pressure was very poor

Great modern and huge apartment with a nice pool.
Fridge was dirty but got directly cleaned after request. Very appreciate the quick response.
The apartments are at the end of Tulum, so I recommend to rent a bike. To the beach it is around 20-25mins with the bike.

We liked everything about this two bedroom appartement . Both check-in and out were super easy . The location is quite central, very close to main restaurants and bars . It’s a very trendy and comfortable flat with all in it . Nice pool area too !
We loved it all . I might suggest some black out curtains for the bedrooms .

loved the spaciousness and how remote it felt. even though we were just 2 blocks from main rooms it felt very cozy and quiet. incredible views from the balcony. perfect for groups or family. water delivery was much appreciated and Orlando was a wonderful security guard.
the kitchen did not have a full set of anything like short of dishes and glassware. no kitchen towels we ended up using our bathroom hand towels and did laundry for fresh towels. wifi was spotty about 10% of the time. AC remote needed a AAA battery. didn’t seem to have any customer service onsite so when there are problems, best way to connect is what’sapp we didn’t have any daily service at all.

So spacious and comfortable with big closet and two bathrooms. no curtains so we wake up 06:00 every morning because of lights. the kitchen misses a lot of utensils. reallinjen nice poolarea and stuff was Sweet. we liked it.
