The service was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed as a family with 4 kids including baby and toddler and it was very comfortable. We had a private pool which was clean and used very much by us. The location is good and there is launderette and food places which we tried. There is a shuttle bus which is amazing that takes you to Ao Nang beach and we had no trouble staying here at all. We will definitely re book.

Service 100/10 Facilities 100/10 Distance to Ao Nang beach very close and have free shuttle 100/10 Driver Amin bery helpful, nice and punctual 100/10 Nothing to complain. Dont think just book this place. Will definitely choose this villa again 😁

9am - 11pm they had a free shuttle bus/van to the main town of Ao Nang Beach. Very clean rooms and towels. Great amenities provided. Good air con and lighting. Clean showers and bathrooms. Best service we have had so far. Ayman was a fantastic host.

Location wasn’t great but theres a shop with essentials that is a 2 min walk away and the free shuttle bus made it very easy

Free shuttle to Ao Nang beach. Well managed property with maintained gardens and daily cleaning. Staff are kind to the guests and try to help where possible. Was definitely treated as a guest.

The individual villa's outdoor condition could be better, such as the gardens within the compound, and more covered from the rain for when it does intermittently rain.

Great vallue for your money!

The property has a very good vibe, it’s clean and has nice and quite surroundings, furthermore you can relax on the small balcony in front of your stay. Nice owner also. We had a pleasant stay as a couple! We will come back here for sure!

Not really a problem, but more of a luxurious issue with our suv, this wouldn’t fit in the parking next to the villa and also there was something going on with the frontdoor.

Professional and courteous staff. Made us feel right at home. The villas are located just outside of the main Ao Nang area but they provide a shuttle drop off and pick up as needed. Beds were very comfortable and the villa was cleaned very well everyday. I would highly recommend them!

The best stay in Thailand so far thanks to the great staff.

Quiet, 24 hr pool, staff are super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, cool enough to stay in on hot days, and cleaned daily.

Not much to not like. If you didn’t have a vehicle, it may be a pain to travel but a shuttle is provided for transportation to Ao Nang beach.

so clean. maintenance is great. great stuff. great communication. great pool. everything is literally awesome except mosquitoes kept coming in and I got more bites being home than out. we never leave the door or window open except going in and out really quick so not sure how soooo many gets inside. overall it was a great place to stay & we really loved it here though

The location away from the busy tourist area was great ! very relaxing.

No convenience store close - however the staff would immediately help support by providing shuttle or allowing you to rent a motor bike or car!

Magnificent

A lovely and small resort with a great swimming pool and a nice playground for the kids! The villa itself was very relax and the matrasses were good.

No private parking lot. It turned out that anyone could park at our parking lot next to our villa. Would be better and clearer to have a private parking lot.

Extremely good value. Rooms very clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

A bit far off, better if you have your own transportation. Also no breakfast or food offered. No shuttle service when we were there. Maybe this will change when people start coming back after COVID.

staff were very helpful. I went back there myself a second time, because I was sick. I was able to check in immediately upon arrival, which was very nice. if i'm in ao nang again i will definitely go back here!
