Café da manhã restrito, na mesa de refeições apenas os pães e café com leite . O resto dos alimentos se pedia apenas uma vez e o mais pagava-se como paguei, 2 ovos por 3 dólares

El espacio de la habitación fue lo que mas me gustó. Adicional la ubicación en Miraflores es un punto positivo

Es un hotel que necesita ser remodelado dado que tiene instalaciones muy antiguas (baños, televisores, mesas)

The room was spacious and the staff quite nice. The free breakfast was also nice and wifi was fast.

but the place itself did feel quite dated. From the A/C unit to appliances it needs an upgrade.

Clean, big and comfortable room with everything needed. I have been here for second time and I think I will come back.

Even with windows to internal yard it is still noisy, including noise in the morning from staff.

no air conditioner and Main Street Traffic was outside the window, which 1st night window open… couldn’t sleep with traffic noise… remaining night closed window and preferred to sweat from the heat then to hear the traffic. also would be nice if there was a microwave since you have a mini fridge and a sink, but no microwave.

Room was extremely spacious. Breakfast was included in the price and was nice- range of bread/cereal and then they make you fresh eggs, fruit and juice. It was walking distance to the Malecon, Calle Berlin (for bars) and Kennedy Park.

Bathroom could do with updating (but this wouldn't stop me from booking this hotel again).

I liked that the hotel was on the airport shuttle route which made me very safe. There was always someone at the door and front desk. The hotel was conveniently located to all of the sights and attractions. I did not even take a cab once during my stay. The breakfast was good and quite the variety in comparison to most that are included. The room was much bigger than I expected and it even came with a fridge, kitchenette, living room and bathroom with all of the utilities and not to mention hot water. I would most definitely stay here again.

It was a 4star hotel at an extremely good price. The room was a suite with plenty of space and was serviced to a high standard every day. The pool was most welcome in the heat. In particular the reception staff were very helpful and attentive.

It was a shame that the restaurant was never open and that the cafeteria poolside was the only option however there are plenty of options around for eating within a short distance.
