Unsere Wohnung war super geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage in der Calle Juan de Padilla war spitze, allerdings nachts auch ziemlich laut.

In den umliegenden Straßen befinden sich etliche Clubs und es war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden recht laut. Wenn man die Schiebetüre zum Schlafzimmer geschlossen hatte, ging es allerdings.

La ubicación en pleno centro lleno de restaurantes ,bares ,tiendas el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodo aunque algo oscuro para mi gusto porque es un interior si se enciende las luces ya se soluciona muy tranquilo para dormir

En las noches había un sonido que no se si es de algún aire acondicionado pero no se si será siempre fue en mi estancia no tiene ascensor pero al estar en primera planta no es terrible

Air con did not work.................took some time to persuade the agency to take action rather than tell us that we were confused and implying that we did not know how to work the system

We had a great stay in the flat and in Málaga! The flat was super equipped, the staff very friendly and easy to reach. Communication was also possible in English. The flat was cleaned after one week. The air conditioning worked well. The location is great and yet the flat is very quiet. You can get to the centre quickly and there even is a supermarket right outside the door. We would come back at any time!

Have to collect the key from 1 mile away from their office while I was carrying luggage. The location is not in the centre which is misleading from advertised. The above flat had noisy drilling sound from 8am to 6pm week day and 10.15pm on Saturday, asking 200 euros deposit before I get key and no list of existing damage. lack of basics in the kitchen as provided by another company in our previous flat near the port, no washing cloth, no washing gel, no cooking oil, no salt, no sugar, no tea or coffee...warning notes every where., one for 60 euros fine if towel is taken to the beach. our previous flat provided a beach towel.

Such a good location

Everything was great expect for the hall door key was always getting stuck and very hard to open the front door into the building and the street the apartment was on was very dirty with rubbish thrown around and the street is dark coming home at night as it has no lights

the location is perfect, everything is downstairs, but it’s quiet in the evening.

it looks someone always smoking in the garden every morning, we can feel the smoke in the room although the windows are closed.

lift didn’t work had to carry luggage up 2 flights of marble stairs, door handle was broken had to fix it ourselves, shower didn’t drain well caused a puddle in bathroom, no lights in stairs to room, hot water ran out after one shower
