Situé à Estero Island, ce charmant copropriété pour 230 € par nuit est un génial option pour votre prochain pause ** Janvier, février et mars sont réservés pour toujours. La dernière semaine de février est ouverte. Le Santa Maria Resort est situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île d'Estero. (Fort Myers Beach) La chose la plus proche de Key West en Floride du Sud. C'est un étage supérieur, non-fumeur, avec des plafonds voûtés de 16 pieds. Loft donnant sur le salon. Deux chambres à l'étage, chacune avec leurs propres téléviseurs de bain et couleurs. Principales caractéristiques de sol cuisine avec bar, écran porche, salle à manger, salon, buanderie, et la moitié de bain entièrement équipées. TV par câble / magnétoscope, CD, DVD Voir le lien pour la visite virtuelle. NO Chiens & chats! Voir sur le calendrier de la ligne. Fulls Cette unité tôt. Jusqu'à un an à l'avance Prenez note que les locataires saisonniers obtiennent droit de premier refus sur la prochaine année suivante sur cette île.

Le bâtiment est situé directement sur la voie navigable intercostale, et dispose d'un port 36 de glissement, juste à côté d'un grand port de plaisance. (Grande flotte de bateaux de location)
Le complexe dispose d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine chauffée et d'une machine à glaçons. (accès Internet) À pied des magasins, 7 restaurants, y compris l'alcool, la pharmacie CVS, et 7-11, métro. Beaucoup de nombreux magasins dans le Santini Plaza à côté. Fish Tale Marina est à côté. Recherche le sur Google.

Being roughly a year out from the hurricane we were acutely aware that things were still on the mend with the island and many properties, but our stay was great! The condo was clean and very easily accessible. The owner, Paul, was very communicative throughout the process leading up to check in and beyond.
We stayed over Christmas and the condo had a tree and decorations. It was a great surprise to have that all there. The kids were excited to have a tree and lights. Made it feel cozy and more like home.
Overall, our stay was great and enjoyed our time there.

Stayed 4 nights, everything we needed. Walked on beach daily. Restaurants are returning, beach was great. Would rent again.

This is a very nice condo in a clean, quiet building. Paul, the owner, is fantastic to deal with. Great location-far enough away from the busy Times Square area but not too far. 4 min walk to beach. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the master bed is super uncomfortable. I know you don't go to FL to sleep so not the biggest deal....but I would still recommend this rental.

Key holder needs replaced, worn out, down to low. Had to call owner and WE had replace batteries in thermostat upon entering! Bed in MBR has a memory foam on it and is NOT comfortable.. Sugar ants in kitchen and MBR vanity. Dusty. Bad closet doors. Had to wash sheets on way out! If I had to catch a plane, no way would I do that! Its’s a vacation. Waiting on damage deposit way too long! Owner said it’s coming; not here 2days later. Never use VRBO again.

We had an amazing time and the property was great! The owner was great to work with and responded to questions right away. So many fun things to do in the area and we would definitely stay there again.

I will detail the most egregious situation
The small bathroom shower curtain had black mold in many/many areas I have pictures
When I brought my this to the owner’s
attention he told me not to worry
He is a mold expert and I had no reason to be concerned His reaction wasn’t acceptable and of course his info regarding mold is ludicrous I told him to google black mold and amazingly after that he said a new curtain would be installed
Never once did he ask me for any information about me
Having said that I am a senior citizen with respiratory issues
Mold can definitely be harmful to me according to my doctor I hope this exposure doesn’t damage my health
As I stated when I began the mold situation is the worst By no means was it the only problem
I can and will provide more details if anyone cares enough to contact me
I think that I’m entitled to some restitution
For all that I had to deal with

Great location-didnt need a car. All needs local to the condo and Paul was magnificent in telling us where everything was at. Great choices between either the pool or beach.

Paul’s place was clean, the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! He was responsive and friendly to work with. We had kids ages 2, 3, & 6 and they all loved the pool & the condo gave them plenty of space to wander around. Would highly recommend!

I spoke with Paul when we had arrived very pleasant and eager to please. What was amazing was that it actually look like someone was living there the supplies were plentiful chairs radios TVs umbrellas it looked as if we owned the place and had been living there for five years. We felt right at home. An abundance of pillows sheets blankets towels we couldn’t have asked for any more

We couldn't be happier with our choice for a much-needed Fort Myers Beach vacation! Paul has a beautiful condo in a great location, comfortable, honey, and nicely decorated. Pool was wonderful, hot tub too. Convenient to beach and Publix. Paul always responded quickly to questions we had, great recommendations for food and fun, and even texted and called me. Ready to come back soon!

A relaxing place to spend time with family. Activities to meet everyone’s needs. Would love to return. Manatees hang out right behind the property. Beautiful beach and great restaurants are a quick walk away. Owner is responsive and helpful.

We had a really great time and we loved the unit. It had everything we needed and the bed in the master was really comfortable. We really appreciated things like a cooler, umbrella, and chairs for the beach. Paul, the owner, was great as well. Had some good recommendations and communication was really great. We hope to go back soon!

The unit is located at the South end of Ft. Myers Beach, with a quick stroll across Estero your on the beach! The accommodations were excellent and provided everything necessary for our stay. The owner provided all of the information needed with very well written details and instruction!

I like having the rooms upstairs. Downstairs is open with nice space to move around. We stayed during the week so it was quiet. The pool was great and people were friendly.

My family had a very relaxing time at this condo. The condo is located on the quieter part of Ft Myers beach, but still plenty of eating options including a Publix close by. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. Paul was easy to get a hold of and communicated with me though out the stay. The condo looks as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Hopefully we will be back!

Mr. Larson is a great host, provided very helpful information and by our talk on the phone just seems like a genuinely nice person.
We had to check in almost 4 hours later than the usual check in time because of a problem with the cleaning service company (which we understood). Although what really bothered us is that the day of checking out the cleaning crew showed up one hour earlier sat right outside the door and we felt totally rushed. That wasn’t cool!!!
Otherwise, we had a perfect stay! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Great pool and grill area. House has everything and more than you need to feel at home. We would definitely stay there again whenever in Fort Myers!

We had a great time in the condo. So smooth, convenient and cozy. Our kids loved the hiding spot under the stairs and Netflix on the TV. ;-)
Also a short walk to the beach and a great pool on the premises.

Location is great , walking distance to everything..we didn't have a car for 5 days of staying there and managed just fine so that was good savings $$ if you don't get rental car. Condo is a lot more spacious than we thought due to being on third floor it has high open ceilings .. Owner was great, provided detailed instructions and also personal recommendations and we appreciated those as well ... One thing to mention that construction is going on right outside the building so if you sensitive to noise you probably could hear some during the day ( that is Oct 2020) , but it didn't bother us as we were out on the beach or pool regardless. And during the night it was great to set outside , You could see the ocean views from the condo that was a nice surprise!

We spent a weekend at Paul’s apt. And we love it.
The apt was clean, the location was amazing, the beach is super close by, the pool and all amenities at the condo are great.
I truly recommend Paul’s apt. We are looking forward to go back pretty soon.

Neat, clean, great pool. While across from the beach there are other properties between you and the beach so the view is restricted and you have to walk down the street and across to access the beach. Everything else was excellent.

Great owners, condo and location. Great views across from the beach. Pool was fabulous. Condo had everything my family needed. Only reccomendation would be from my Fire chief husband and that would be to update the stove. Long time to preheat oven and a broken burner. He says it could be a fire hazard. Otherwise it was Fantastic!!!
