Lokalizacja jest ok, ale niestety właściciel nie potrafi wykorzystać tego atutu, bo otoczka dookoła burzy wszystko.

Straszny brud wszędzie, pajęczyny zwisające z sufitu, poobgryzane meble, brudna i śmierdząca wykładzina. Sprzątanie pokoi po godz. 21. Pomijam imprezę, która odbywała się na dworze i Panie które krzyczały przez megafon, gdzie przy braku klimatyzacji nie można było zamknąć okna, dodatkowo straszny smród w pokoju.

Balagan, brudne , lazy, bed sheets and dirty glases from all rooms on the coridor over the whole day, very limitedy and poor furniture, soft mattraces, poor brekfast , the cheapast sausages I have ever eaten , no interest at all, owner have not seen this property for more then 25 years probably, Oustide broken branches on the parking slot, holes and broken interlocking paving, No hotel entrance into the reception at all!!!! Yes they do not have entry door , therefore they use back yard door only. It looks like factory more then hotel. Surrounding very poor, despite on the pictures looks great.

Owner Anna and staff were awesome. very kind and friendly even though Anna was basically one of the few that spoke English. We understood each other with use of translators on our phone. Breakfast lunch and dinner served buffet style and was very good. coffee, tea, milk, apple juice, orange juice and water always available for meals.

if you dont have a car its taxi or uber . About 40 dollars to Old town . Traffic is horrendous though.No elevator and I was on the top floor. 4th to us Americans Considered 3rd for Europeans. They did move me to a ground floor which was so nice of them and much appreciated.

HB was great. For single night stay is awesome. 15min to Chopin airport.

Room size and beds were good.

Washroom was not good, even the water was blocking in the shower room, AC was there but no remote, Toilet brush was broken. There were no pool table even it was showing up on the pictures.

Very comfortable beds.

The shower cabin had mold on the ceiling, the electrical socket is falling out of the wall (it's dangerous for small children), cosmetic repairs here and there would be desirable. Additional, the entrance door did not look secure and there was no litter box in the room.

Bad breakfast with low quality food and poor choice. Room where not clean, glasses in the bathroom were dirty. Floor in the reception was dirty.
