the apartment was 60 cm below the ground and in the entrance there are two big steps so you must watch your steps so you’ll not fall down and some walls was not clean specially inside the toilet and no suction fan for toilet or for the kitchen and dirty ground near the bed with broken reading lights with dirty utensils in kitchen that having very small area for cooking and expired milk and expired coffee and it was very difficult for parking your car because it’s difficult to find space for parking even 2 Kilometers away the apartment and the owner of the basement apartment asked for me to read two papers of instructions and rules and asked me to send my passport pictures with my VISA and I refuse to send a picture and I’ll give him the data which he want but he said he will come to apartment to see the passport by him self and I said most welcome then he show up on 1 AM and ask to bring my passport I showed him my E-Passport in my mobile but he emphasized to see the hard copy then he wrote all information in a paper and ask me to sign on the paper so I refused because it’s self check-in apartment no need for these papers and the contract was done and finalized by booking but he threatened me if I didn’t sign on his papers he will kicked me out then I call booking for cancellation because I didn’t stay for the whole night it was only two hours since check-in then he left and after half an hour the door was knocked very loud and it was the police men with the owner at 2:30 AM and they force me to sign on his papers or I’ll go out so I signed and I explain to the officer that everything was done by BOOKING.

The apartment was very clean and cosy, very modern and well equipped. We had all we needed. Situated in a very quiet area, close to several good restaurants.

The shower cabin was leaking sometimes but it was not a big inconvenient.

wifi password a bit complicated to type as it's the default one from the service provider "box".

The location was 5 mins walk to my course There are many restaurants/take out closeby the apartment as well as a supermarket. The city Center (marktplatz) is 15 mins walk or one can take the bus which is a minute walk from the apartment. I will definately book this apartment again

Everything was great for me. I was out at 9.30 am and return at 5pm

Excellent Location, it was room only but very good value for money! The host Giovanni was extremely accommodating and helpfull.
