Great location. Comfortable living area. Very spacious. Good supply of crockery, glassware and cutlery.

In second bedroom with double bed my son told me that the mattress had a few spots where some of the springs were really obvious and uncomfortable to lie on. Might be worth checking this out for future guests. All the other mattresses were fine and very comfortable.

This was the most well thought out place we have ever stayed. They have literally thought of everything. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were so well equipped with literally everything you could possibly need. The place looks amazing and we absolutely loved feeling cosy and relaxed in the upstairs living area. Would definitely stay here again. The entire family loved it!

Unfortunately we didn't receive details to get our key and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get the details for a good hour or so after arriving. I think this was just an office error.

My mother and I found it very relaxing. The rest of the family were out and about enjoying everything Torquay has to offer.

This property was fantastic! Even better than the photos. The house was well equipt, clean and beautiful decor. We were all so happy with everything about this place. I will be back again. Located in a nice quiet area, perfect for our girls weekend away. Thank-you for making our weekend away so memorable.

Beautifully presented townhouse with lovely outlook over wetland area from livingroom balcony, bedrooms on the ground floor looked out over the native bush with an abundance of birds. Very quiet no traffic noise.

Unit was well presented and needs were well catered for.

The decor of this home was beautiful. It was light and spacious with a very homely feel. Everything was lovely and clean and it was a quiet and peaceful area. Extremely comfortable. The property manager was amazing to deal with. The communication was excellent and she always responded to any queries extremely quickly. The location is good, set a little bit out of the main town centre, away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to access the restaurants, cafes, shops and main beach in Torquay.

We did find the ducted heating controls a bit tricky to use. Also, the hot water does run out quite quickly.

The property was furnished really nicely and was quite spacious. There was a pool although it was a little cold to swim and the kids loved the playground. It’s nice and quite and a very short drive to the beach and shops. I would recommend this place for families, couples or groups of friends to stay. Overall the stay was good however I was upset at the end as my credit card was charged after we had checked out with no courtesy call to say this was being done. After calls to the property and booking.com this was resolved and the charge was refunded but it did mar an otherwise lovely stay.

Large, high class finishes, amazing shower, super comfy beds and great complex with pool and tennis court

A beautiful place to stay, very luxurious. Having a playground for the kids to play was a great way for them to run off energy. And the quiet community suited us as my children are young and go to bed by a certain time of the night.

Impeccably clean, amazingly equipped kitchen, plenty of space- we will be back
