The apartment is well located, modern and offers a good base to explore the area. On a bus route with local shops nearby.
The accommodation was difficult to find as there is no number 39 on the outside of the building. There are 6 key boxes so it wasn't obvious which key box to use initially. The flat is modern and well appointed but would benefit from some tlc, particularly the carpet at the entrance to the bedrooms and the toilet seat. The place needs a fresh coat of paint in places. The flat could be lovely but it's looking a bit tired and worn in places.

was good location
the carpets were all ruined and extremely frayed in the bedrooms , toilet seat not on properly , tiles not completed in bathroom and draining board and stand bit rusty and unclean. overall the bedding and rooms were very clean and was a cosy flat , also back garden area was nice and quiet

Ideal location for us visiting relatives
Several things were not up to standard, we had to wash crockery and cutlery, one of the draws containing frying pans was very greasy also the oven could have done with a good clean.

Nice apartment with the bare minimum. Location is a residential area on the outskirts of Oxford. Bus stop right by the property.
Apartment needs some maintenance - most furniture needed tightening, shower mixer didn't work... Charge extra for pet. Double bed very uncomfortable.

but in the house was over 30
we could not sleep all night
and wee did not know how safe tue area is to leave the windows open and sleep
as it was a ground floor flat.

Great location and nice touches like toiletries in the bathroom
On the whole the apartment was smaller than expected. The carpets were frayed at the edges (looked as if they had been pulled up by a dog), the telly wasn’t working & the water was intermittently hot. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked the whole night & the apartment is in a very noisy block with very loud neighbours and dogs

Utilities were nice, house was spacious and it was perfect for us to have a 2 night stay!
The house was very hard to find when I originally got there, there is no clear number on the house or door, the only was I was certain that I had found the house was when I saw the bins with the number on them and even they were hidden around the corner of the building.

The location. It was quiet.
The dirty shower and mould, stains in grouting, and stained skirting board in bathroom.
The unusable sofa - as the back panel was missing.
The leak under the sink.
The lack of heat in bathroom for towels.

Quiet location, local bus service right out the front. WiFi was good.
It was dirty and not as described. The back of the sofa was broken which meant you could not sit comfortably. A kitchen chair leg fell off. Kitchen drawers and cupboards were grotty. Bathroom surround mouldy and horrible. No Netflix as advertised. No storage for clothes or any hooks for hanging clothes, towels, coats etc.

It was very clean and in a good location
It was very cheaply furnished with an extremely uncomfortable bed. We noted in the visitors book several people had commented on this but obviously no action had been taken
