The property was in such a great location for getting to the beach and wandering down into swanage. It was so clean and tidy, really impressed with the standard of cleanliness and ideal for our two night stay! Carol was really helpful and gave us some recommendations of places to go in the town which was really kind.
The only issues we found was that the listing states toiletries are provided however there was no hand soap or shower gel etc. Not too much of a problem but we did expect to have hand soap in the bathroom. As we stayed in the upstairs apartment, the ceilings are quite angled so if you’re tall it’s probably not the best one, but luckily we didn’t mind much at all!

No hot water in kitchen owner seemed to think boiling a kettle was exceptible, saucepans and frying pan not good enough to use, sand on sofa bed which is classed as a sofa 🤣

Quite, clean and tidy.
Had to wait to get in, no PIN number to collect key, wrong phone number on emails, only by going back onto website did we find right contact details.

Really clean, great facilties, everything the description promised ans more. Even little touches like a bottle of prosseco when you arrived, amazing. Highly recommended and would return again.

The location was the only good thing. The exterior of the building and communal hallways were very clean and fresh.
Internet was not available although advertised. Only 2 bath towels provided which were of poor quality and stained, a request for 2 handtowels produced one over 24 hours later. Only 1 of 3 light bulbs in bathroom worked, a problem mentioned in a review from July this year. Extractor fan thick with dust and shower fittings not clean. Hot water took several minutes to arrive. Location of the property was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and all the facitilies there. Nice to be at the opposite end to the main area so it was quieter. Owner responded to request for a bedside lamp. Keys easy to get so no rush to meet anyone. New kitchen, with oven and hob (although we didn't use them).
Overall the property could do with a good clean. The important parts (toilet, sink etc) were clean, but the backs of the doors need to be vacuumed/cleaned, there is mildew and mould in the bathroom and the bathroom blind was not in good shape.

Perfect location, short walking distance from a lovely sandy beach. Slightly further into town. And beautiful coast path walks in both directions.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations! We arrived to a very clean apartment with complimentary Prosecco and bread on the table for us which was a lovely touch! the location was amazing, literally two minutes walk from the beach!

The bathroom facilities. The shower was tired, smelly and faulty. The water was "boiling" or off. No hooks for towel next to it, no exctactor fan with only a very small window to open.
The loo was at the other end of the flat with only cold water at the was basin.
Pub next door very loud and raucous late at night.
