Good location, Warm reception, all the facilities needed are almost provided, good value for money

A little bit hot in July

Great location

Room is hot but staff provided as a electric fan as requested.

We really liked the knowledgeable, informative and friendly staff. The close proximity to the central Bath area, not far to stagger under the weight of a delicious meal or having walked too far on the canal or river. We were in block 'B' which was quiet and nicely located.

We were in a studio room which for whatever reason was very warm, even during the day. It was uncomfortable trying to sleep. Sorry.

The location, very close to the town centre and the Roman Baths

The mattress was very worn and didn't support a good night's sleep, and the cotton towels leave plenty lint on your skin after a shower

Lovely small studio apartment. Excellent stay.

Too warm of a night. Window opening was restricted.

It was convenient to visit town and the University The university students that dorm there where a friendly bunch

The rooms where cold with a single electric heater on a timer that keeps shutting off. Mattress in my daughters room was an 18th century spring mattress, you could feel and hear every spring Parking is a real problem ( they do tell you they don’t have parking) but it is often full and expensive in Bath and not convenient to the location of the accomodation.
