There is only one air conditioner in the hall so the property was extremely hot at night. The Parking is at the beach and about a 9 minute walk.

The place was very good and clean and the property was very well located. It was easy to have contact with the person who was in charge.

When we pay over € 2600 for an apartment for a week in Sperlonga we expect high quality and not an apartment with pests. We had a horrible experience here. Already the same evening as my family of five moved into the apartment, we found two really big american cockroaches in the bathroom. We managed to catch one of them and flush it down the toilet while the other one disappeared without a trace. We were therefore very concerned about where the other one had gone. We complained to the owner right away. Since they are so poor in English, all communication had to go through WhatsApp. They sent a couple of cleaning ladies to fill something in the drains so that the cockroaches would not come up. When we two days later discovered another cockroach, in the kitchen this time, we contacted the owner again and said we wanted to move, and if they had another better apartment for us. They offered us two other options, but these apartments were much smaller and of a poorer standard and was further away from the beach, but were not willing to give us any compensation for this. We then wanted to get a full refund to be able to move my family into a hotel. They where not willing to give us anything! This was incredibly poor service! It ruined our holiday. We talked to the neighbours and they told us that there were cockroaches in the whole house! That they often had cockroaches in their kitchen! I'm sure the owners of the apartment is aware about this.

Made guest but toilet paper and trash bags. Did not have enough towels.
